If I could leave a zero star review I could. I honestly don’t even know where to start this review.

My husband and I are newly married and looking for a rental home. We found a very nice one that would be perfect for us and I emailed both the realtors here about it. As we researched it more and looked into it we felt it would be a very good place for us and also had a lot of important life decisions hanging on whether or not we were to move to this location or not, Including mine and my husband’s work. So you can somewhat understand our persistence.

I emailed Pat and Teresa probably a total of seven times over the course of a week and never received one email in response. My husband left a voicemail for them to respond to, and I left two voicemails. I called several times a day, only to get no answer. This was over the course of at least two weeks. I finally called Teresa and got a hold of her only to be told every time I called that Pat was not available and would call me back which she NEVER did. I reached out over and over again only to be told to “call back at the beginning of the week”. I would call up to five times in a day and never get one response.

When I FINALLY got Pat some time later (which was through Teresa setting up a three way call when I complained) , she told me I could come fill out an application for the rental which we promptly did. It has been almost two weeks and I have yet to hear back from that application. I have called to see if there is any progress only to be told that the previous applicant’s application (that was being processed when I turned in mine) was STILL being processed almost two weeks later. Pat told me that if the previous applicant’s application was approved, I would get my money back for the application fee.

These people seem to be better at responding to their bad google reviews than they are their own emails and phone calls. I told my husband after my first impression of these people that I had a feeling they only cared about money and really could not give a sh*t about communication. I will most definitely never be going through them for any realty business of any sort, and I will never recommend...

I wouldn’t recommend Teresa to anyone. We were working with an agent who was with Teresa's firm. Our agent transferred firms right before we were scheduled to close on a piece of property. Teresa sent us another buyer's agreement form for us to sign, instead of allowing our agent to transfer our closing to her new firm. We were encountering title issues and had a few concerns (which Teresa knew nothing about because she had not had any communications with me, my husband, OR the title company) and we were not comfortable transferring our property deal over to Teresa. So, I informed Teresa that we were not going to use her firm and we fired her. Teresa continued to contact me and my husband. After multiple times of telling Teresa not to contact us, I received an email from Teresa’s firm requesting me and my husband to sign a new buyer's agreement with her personally, which would have removed our agent from the deal. Teresa then informed me that IF we, at ANY time, closed on that property, she would sue us for her portion of the compensation. Teresa seems to be incredibly petty and very much a bully. Thankfully, we were able to walk away from that deal. I feel sympathy for anyone who might HAVE to work with this very unprofessional,...

When we were finally ready to buy, I contacted Pat to start the search for our dream home. At this time the housing market was very difficult for buyers, so we widened our search into Alabama. Pat put us in contact with Scotty Lumpkins, who was more familiar with the Alabama market.

Scotty was absolutely fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to show us lots of properties. He would even walk the properties with us to show were the property lines were. He has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with.
