Normally a daily shopper until today. First , to use the promotional coupon for double fuel points on floral, produce, & meat good today - Saturday ( don’t bother the coupon doesn’t work) I first stopped at floral to get a plant. The one I wanted didn’t have a bow like the rest so I asked if I could purchase one ( even if there were ones in other pots all same price and plant) “NO” I was told by the floral employee. Very abruptly. I have pictures I wish I could post to illustrate this. Proceed to get at that point only the necessary items as she has seen me buy flowers every week and I was amazed at the rudeness! Proceed to checkout and again as I wait for an attendant to help with coupon, she had the same mood , coupon isn’t working “ call the 1-800 # they might can fix it , the coupons aren’t working!” without giving me a chance to ask the store # or anything, she to abruptly walks off. Finally I go to fuel up with the points I do have . Not one machine had tape to give a receipt. I have to wait in a line 5 people long all trying to get receipts for gas. I’m not sure if it was a bad day for them but as a customer ( that is there everyday or at least every other day) I don’t deserve to have my day ruined as well. IF I RETURN, due to it being a small town with 2 grocery stores it will only be for items I cannot find elsewhere. I proceeded to Walmart & Big Lots where I was treated much better and I’m not a regular customer. That told me a lot about Kroger! Read moreA year or two ago I would have rated this store a 4-5 star. Today I'm angry and getting more so every time I go in. I'm so tired of having items discontinued that I was purchasing regularly. I'm tired of Krogers sending me coupons for items i want and can't get because they've been discontinued. I'm tired of going to the shelves 2-3 times a week and finding them STILL empty of a product I want a month or more later. While the selections of natural and organic products increase in the produce Dept, they decrease in the meat and drinks areas. Despite having requested on numerous occasions for specific products to be carried I have yet to see even one of them being offered for sale in my store, or any other store within a 50 mile radius; I guess because they all use the same warehouse. Read moreStopped at the Kroger gas station an I paid for $20 dollars worth of gas at the pump, well I didn't get a receipt after purchase well we left and maybe 2 minutes later my debit card app went off and it said they had took $125 and another $20 off my card for a total of $145 dollars, so I contacted them and they were like what are you talking about well I took a screenshot of it and they come back with well they hold it for a few days I was like what!!!!
