Such a letdown the last few times I've been to Taco Bell. The food, for fast food, is good but overpriced for what it is. MY SUGGESTION TO EVERYONE is to check your order before leaving. We've gone the last couple of times and ordered the drive-thru. We expect our order to be right so we drive off, our fault for not checking, and drive 25 mins home. When we get there, our order is never right. Things are missing, and the things that are not supposed to have sour cream do. I called ans spoke to Samantha, Assistant manager, I think, and she did make it right by allowing us to come back anytime and get those items again, but that dosnt help when it's almost an hour drive back there then back to home when we needed the food then. Again, overall good food, but the attention to detail, especially under low stress environments, is sad. I hope this helps someone. Check your order.

Read moreI come through often. Each time I get the same thing. Grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito. For some reason, they are not grilling the burrito which has caused me to have to come back through and get it remade MULTIPLE times. I asked why and they said they have the grill turned off around the time I come to put it in “self cleaning” mode so that they can clean it at closing time. (I come when I get off around 12am) If you are not closed, you dont need to turn off any equipment that is needed to make the food people are still ordering… I cant believe I’m even having to explain/complain about that. I dont pay for my food not to be made the way it’s SUPPOSED to come. Ever. One star EVERY time. Order is always wrong quite a bit, never kind or shows the least bit of emotion, looks like he hates his job and he always forgets my fire sauce. Every. Single. Time. And then acts pissed when I have to hold up his line to get the sauce that i asked for when I ordered. I was honestly shocked he still worked there cause I figured he had been fired a while ago. If he’s the owner, sheesh. Normally I don’t review food places but I think if he was working for me I would be wishing someone would let me know.
