These guys have a customer for life. Went into the store with a dead computerthat I thought was crashed as I had charged before I boarded my flight. because I left my charger back on the East Coast and computer would not turn on. I thought it needed a diagnostic service; however, the salesman basically went in the back, brought out a fresh charger and turned it on. Could have kept and charged. A diagnostic fee and I would not have known. I asked him to sell me a universal charger. He unplugged the charge, put it on my computer and pushed it toward me. Told me to bring the charger back to before I leave town. They have a customer for life. If I could give a higher rating I would. I brought in two different machines, both were looked at the counter so I wouldn’t be charged and so I could get an immediate answer to my questions. The older gentleman at the counter was very helpful and informative, he let me know the issues, gave me his honest opinion, as well as giving me the most cost affective way to fix the issue. 1 of the machines I had brought was a little past the point of repair and he was completely honest with me about that instead of just taking my money knowing that it may not be able to be fixed. On top of that HE WOULDNT EVEN ACCEPT A TIP FOR ALL HE DONE FOR ME. I would highly suggest everyone who is not the most intelligent in this field or just wants good, honest service to...

This place is pretty great if you're in a pinch and need a video adapter. They have a pretty wide array of different adapters so chances are they will have what you are looking for. On top of that, I have to say, the prices aren't too awful either. While we're on the subject of prices though, they have quite a few older products in there that are still marked way up. These things are not getting cheaper, but the prices stay the same. Very strange, but hey, it's 2018, and technology is flying ahead faster than money can keep up! I recommend this place for all the small hardware dilemmas you might find...
