After having such great expectations the experience was and is a terrible disappointment. We bought a reclining chair and love seat . Loved the design and looked to be quality built. The nightmare began less than 6 weeks after delivery (which was 4 weeks from the date of purchase). The back recliner began to wobble in the upright position. It would move a good 5 to 6 inches back and forth. I called customer service and they sent a service person to make repairs. The service tech tighten some screws and told us the chair had simply adjusted to me using it. He said maybe the the store would give us credit for an upgrade. There was no difference in the chair, it still wobbled. I called customer service to get an explanation as to what was going on. I was told they had to wait for the tech's report before they could discuss my situation. It would be to them in 5 days and someone would call me. No one called after that time frame, so I called again. The customer service person told me they would have to send another service tech out to see if what I was saying about the problem with the recliner was true. When I challenged the need to have someone else in my home. The agent asked me to hold and when he came back on the line he said the service tech's report was contradictory and they would bring a new recliner to replace the defective one. I would like to say that was the end of the trial but it was not. The delivery driver came to our home with a new love seat instead of a recliner. My wife had adjusted her schedule to accommodate the delivery. Of course the driver was sorry but what was put on the order to be delivered. The amazing thing is that during the discussion about the recliner the love seat was not talked about. They said they would make arrangements to bring a recliner back and they would let us know when. There was no call so I once again had to call to make arrangements. I've have heard several "I'm sorry's" without a usable chair. Wouldn't recommend Rooms to Go for any reason. Read moreCalled the Leesburg store to place an order. I was connected to sales agent named Tammy. I told her exactly what I wanted. I needed 2 twin beds. She couldn't find them right away. I asked for her to advise on the mattress set up recommended for these beds. She did not know!! I told her what I had done for all the other beds I got from RTG. She said to get a bunkie board & mattress. I asked her for the dimensions of he mattress (14 inches on one's I have) She told me she couldn't give me the height of the mattress because it didn't tell her. She put everything in a cart & emailed it to me. The beds were correct. There were no bunkie boards or mattresses. Only a $247 charge that was for sheets. I called back & she couldn't answer why that charge was on there. She said she made a mistake & didn't put in quality of 2. She said she would correct it & email it to me. I asked her to be sure to add two box springs & mattresses as it said in the bed dimensions. I never got that email & when I called back she said they closed at 5:00 so she would not be able to finish this until Friday ( her next time in). She told me she was there until 9:00pm. I told her that & she said would fix it & for me to review it & call her back. Who is the customer here???? I called customer care & they said there was no order in the computer. I didn't call back. My husband and I visited the store about a week ago as we are getting a new house, and need to purchase several new furniture items. As soon as we walked in we noticed two of the employees lounging on one of the couches near the back reading a book. They failed to even acknowledge our presence or even greet us when we walked in. We then proceeded to wander around the store and look at the various items, and it was at least ten minutes before an employee even acknowledged us or asked us if we needed help. When we replied that we were just browsing, they returned to the couch and their book, and went back to ignoring us. One of the items we are looking for is a couch, and we were unable to try out one of the couches because we didn't want to "disturb" the employee who was choosing to occupy it.
