Tijuana Flats — Restaurant in Leesburg

Horrible experience!! After ordering on the phone (waited on hold for a while), went to go pick up order at Curbside Pickup. When I called the restaurant when I arrived on time to the Curbside Pickup, nobody answered after more than 15 minutes waiting on the phone. Tried several other times calling with no luck. Saw many other customers besides myself parking at Curbside and going in because they were not answering phones. I had to go inside and expose myself to other people to get my order. Brought it to the attention of one of the staff, but she did not care, apologize, or offer to help bring my food out. Had to come back in twice since I had to carry 3 large drinks in my hands (which they did not have a holder for) plus the bag order. Because of the long wait, the crunchy tacos we ordered were cold, soggy and didn't taste good. What's the point of having a Curbside Pickup when you never answer the phones?!? Never again...

First time tonight for my husband and myself. David, the Manager, was our first contact. He explained the menu to us and how everything is always made fresh. The food was super fresh, tasty, and the Hot Sauce Bar was fun to experiment with. This is definitely going to be on our "let's go back" to one of our favorite places to eat. Only thing I'd like to see added to the menu is shrimp and fresh cilantro sprinkled on my amazing Salad Bowl!! (Its so big that it's going to make four meals for me!!)

PS. David, the Manager, is so passionate about this place that his enthusiasm is contagious!! He's perfect for his position!! Food is okay for the price, but my big problem is how can I not request my chips on the side of a nacho that I plan on driving home with? I don't care that the computer won't let you enter it, just tell the cooks in the back verbally. The chips are soggy in 10 minutes flat, they're kinda gross when I get home, 30 minutes later. Also the pay machine demanding a tip for a to-go order is kind of ridiculous. You're not a cheap place to eat. Pay your employees more money and don't ask me for a tip when I've got no accommodations from you. As well as asking for a tip before you recieve the service is wrong. You get good tip for good service and you're asking before service. I got a beef nacho, there was almost no beef in it, and also a couple random pieces of chicken idk why, will not come back unless some things...
