Update as of Feb 12,2025: The team here continues to be incompetent and lazy. I called them for months continuing to ask for my refund for the overnight package that took days to get to its location thanks to no help from this team. Turns out this lazy team didn’t submit the refund request within 15 days so now I’m SOL. I’ve lost $106 due to these people’s lack of any kind of basic customer support! They continue to never answer their phones, the manager Michelle is somehow never there, and after being told they didn’t have an email since they don’t answer phones now I’m being gaslit by their corporate line saying I should have looked online for the email and they can’t help me without an email correspondence. Just don’t go here.
Original post from Dec 5, 2024: If I could rate this place any lower I would. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO OVERNIGHT A PACKAGE. The staff is incompetent, unhelpful, rude, and has no sense of urgency. After paying $106 to overnight an urgent package to Chambersburg (mind you only an hour away from this location!!!!!!!) I was put through 5 days of hell.
Let me start off by saying the first time I called to check on the status of the delayed package (since I was guaranteed delivery by 10 AM) I was gaslit and told I was confused and the delivery time frame is 10-12 PM (believe me I confirmed multiple times for $106 that it would be there before 10AM before hand and the tracking link confirmed my understanding was correct). This woman proceeds to tell me I’m wrong but I urge her to check. And of course I was right and she was just trying to take an easy way out.
They proceed to tell me my package had been sent to KENTUCKY by accident, but continue to assure me that they will track it and email me with updates. PLEASE guess how many emails I got? Zero. None. Nothing. Every time I called back asking for updates they said they’d call me back and that the store was busy and they apologize. After I’d had enough I reached someone from UPS corporate who thankfully had a brain and was a smart human being who helped me get my package to the intended location after 5 DAYS. Meanwhile this incompetent staff continued to be clueless and useless.
Finally the package arrives on Tuesday (AFTER GOING TO KENTUCKY NOT ONCE BUT TWICE) and I call back to this store on Thursday (believe me against my will - I was advised by the kind man with a brain to call the store because he couldn’t help with a refund). So I call back and the same rude and incompetent lady tells me she’ll call me back, I calmly tell her I have heard that before and I don’t trust her to call me back and would like the refund she promised and OFFERED HERSELF several times she would give me ASAP. After 12 minutes, you guessed it she hangs up!!!!! I called back 5 TIMES and NO ANSWER!!!!

Michelle told us that 7 days would not be long enough to get the package there on time via ground service and duped us into paying $499 for three day air, which was completely unnecessary. The trunk contained a trade show booth for a conference. When we got to the conference the following week in Kansas City, there was no trunk. It was a Saturday after 2:00 pm when we got there so their store was closed; therefore, we called UPS. UPS told us that the vendor never got the package to them for shipping. I emailed the address on the website and got a response the next day, Sunday, from Bud,the owner. Bud was quite flippant in his email responses. So...Monday we contacted the store. Michelle rudely said that she certainly did handle the package and have it shipped because she had to, "lug it to the front of the store". She told us that we would have to submit all of our receipts for the contents because they couldn't find it anywhere. We did so on 6/27. We were then told that it would be eight days until we could file the insurance claim if it's not found. We waited that amount of days until today, 7/6. When we called UPS today to either retrieve the package or file the claim, UPS told us that Bud and Michelle never submitted the receipt information to them and that they had closed the investigation because of that. Now, we would have to resubmit the receipts and wait another eight days. We have another conference to attend in two weeks; therefore, waiting another 8 days is not really an option for us. We either need to retrieve the package or order all new marketing material today. In light of this, we called Michelle today to find out what happened insofar as her getting the receipts we sent her on 6/27 to UPS. She refused to answer the phone for us several times. We kept calling. When she did answer, she was rude cutting us off as we were speaking and then hung up on us. I would implore anyone to never use this business if you care about your packages or being treated like a paying customer. Horrible service all around!! Read moreI had a horrible experience at the Lemoyne UPS store yesterday. My fiance and I went in between 4 and 4:30pm. The lady behind the counter was incredibly rude, especially to me. She had short hair and pretty sure she had glasses. The barcode on my phone flipped sideways when I held it out, I apologized and she let out a big sigh. Then she told us we needed to tape and pack our boxes ourselves. We said ok and my fiance said no problem he understood, from that point on she proceeded to flirt with him. Snapping at me and ripped a shipping label out of my hands because like she said, we needed to tape it ourselves. She told us we had to pay $2 for tape for one box and to put tape on the shipping label on the other box. Then proceeded to tell us that people like to argue with her about it. I assume because she is a rude person. Then she told my fiance she would only charge him $2 instead of the $4. If he wouldn't have been there she would have charged me even more. If she had good customer service skills and had explained the process instead of acting like I should already know everything and then snapping out because i didn't. She was too busy giving my partner attention to expain anything to her acual cuatomer. I was the one doing the retuns, not him. She could not treat me with respect even though i didn't say a word about anything. She also yelled at me for picking up a box to move it to the side that I was going to tape since she told us we had to tape it. She yelled don't touch that! She was incredibly rude and the price of tape does not cost $2 per box. So do your homework before going to this store, unless your ok with throwing money down the drain, and being disrespected. And again, i didn't say a word to the lady or complain about the price. I was the one that didn't do the research, but Way overpriced and no one deserves to be treated the way she treated me.
