The Pizza Grille - Lemoyne — Restaurant in Lemoyne

I normally enjoy my visits to the Pizza Grille (in Lemoyne), but the Camp Hill location is less desirable. The staff, the attention to detail, the courtesy, is night and day between the two locations.

My recent experience with Camp Hill was a delivery with GrubHub. I ordered a Blueberry and Sunflower Seed Salad. It is one of my favorites. However, I always substitute the blue cheese with feta cheese (I just dont like blue cheese). Placing the delivery order was a bit confusing, so I called The Pizza Grille to ensure that they understood I wanted to substitute the blue cheese with feta cheese. The person answering the phone assured me there was no issue with the substitution and that she verified with the kitchen staff the request would be accommodated. The salad still came with blue cheese. When I called back to advise there was an issue with the salad, the manager on duty was short tempered, but did state he would approve a refund through Grubhub. This was not a friendly experience, and the order was still incorrect despite my efforts to ensure it would be correct.

I did not have an issue with Grubhub. They delivered the food in a timely manner.

I also never have an issue with this substitution at the Lemoyne location. I wish Lemoyne offered delivery...

Do NOT get their crab cake sandwich. I repeat, do NOT get their crab cake sandwich. My boyfriend picked up 2 for a late dinner and it was so disappointing. The side salad it comes with was really SAD looking. First of all, who serves chopped up lettuce drenched in oil and vinegar already mixed in as a side salad? Who in their right mind does that? The lettuce was soggy and tasteless. There were no toppings in it so it was literally just plain lettuce. Now, the crab cake was also sad. It lacked any taste or flavor. It was dry in texture and very chewy like it was sitting in the cooler for weeks. The lettuce looked sadder and was wilted. The bun didn’t have any sauce on it. No tartar sauce, nothing! He paid around $40 for all of this. It’s too bad because he raved about their chicken BLT. Just stay clear of their crab cakes. This is the WORST food that I wasted $40 on. Also, Zero response from their manager is a sign that they just don’t care about customer service....

Place was fine in the garage portion, no kids meals wasn't ideal for a family. Quick enough service and leaving it at that it would be like a lot of places you try once aren't underwhelmed nor impressed with and likely don't come back for awhile. Anyhow the pepperoni pizza was complete soggy mess that couldn't be picked up, and if I tried the toppings fell off.( I am disappointed in myself for not speaking up about it) they described it as hot and I believe mentioned a honey flavor, but it didn't have either I left most of it behind. Tried the other pizza at the table and they were also not very good as the group consensus, but aleast were edible but still would only rate the other 2 pizzas 2/5 in terms of pizza places go. Went out for family birthday but kind of left down the rest of the night that I didn't get...
