The employees are a major problem. One older man is short on the phone, noticeably irritated at you having called and created work. He'll give you ridiculously long wait times, almost as if he's trying to convince you not to order. Employees argue in front of customers. One lazy one who doesn't seem to be there lately would come and take 1 of the only 2 chairs for customers and drag it back to the employee area to sit on himself. If there is a popular promotional pizza, they'll tell you they're out of ingredients. Maybe they are or maybe they just don't want to make it. There is no universality with items. They look and are made differently all the time. Last, open your pizza before you take it home. Some slices are huge and some microscopic. Lazy lazy lazy. Calling orders ahead works best. Sometimes in rush hours (lunch time) and Sundays evenings the orders can get a tricky with wait time. Only one bad experience with an employee. He wanted to charge me because in my opinion he didn't put enough butter and cheese on bread sticks so he was so on that Dollar I returned my whole order back. His rudeness stole my appetite. And once lost a receipt and tried to return the pizza and he didn't want to refund my sticks cause I wouldn't dig them out of the trash. I've had other managers not worry about food they too will throw away and just refund or offer a new order. Purchased a pizza on Saturday July 22, 2023. The time was around 6:00 p.m. The pizza was ready When we tried to eat the pizza It did not have any sauce on the pizza and the crust was dries out. When I called no one would answer the phone that evening. When I called Monday July 24th I ended up talking to a punk by the name of Tyler what an idiot!!!!!
