I never in a million years thought l'd have the experience I did at this location, I took in three chains to get fixed two were from the clasp and one was the chain itself upon picking them up one of the was so much lighter in weight and l asked the guy if there was possibly a mixup with my chain because that one wasn't mine he said no that couldn't have happened I said it doesn't feel the same as mine did, mine was slightly heavier in weight and the links weren't so spread apart he claimed that it was because they polished it and asked me for picture to which didn't have at the moment I returned the next day with pictures and there's a noticeable difference in the chains the one I got back isn't mine, I went to three different jewelers to ask the same question and they all told me the chains aren't the same, as jewelers I know these people can tell the chain is different, they didn't own up to their mistake and just keep telling me I'm wrong he told me to wear the same shirt in my picture and the chain would look the same, if it's different of course it wouldn't look the same and I know what I own I'm not stupid I would obviously tell the difference the fact that they can't just own up to their mistake is unprofessional.

The first three pictures are the chain I dropped off the last picture is the chain I got back not the same chain.
