I had the worst experience with “Hollywood Inn Express LAX”… I had made reservations for my family of 4.. i had ask for a room with 2 beds.. when we arrive to check inn it was like 9 p.m they told us that they did not have any rooms available.. the only room they try to give me it was a 1 bed but since we wore 4 ppl we would not fit… i was really disappointed we wore tired we just wanted to sleep… so i just got another hotel near by to spend the nite.. also I wasn’t the only one that reservations was not confirmed their wore several ppl disappointed that they did not get their room… what they do is if you make a reservations and do not show up after 6pm they will just sale it.. I know if management gets to read my review they will simply say “We deeply apologize for the distressing experience you had during your stay. Your dissatisfaction is truly disappointing and doesn't reflect our commitment to providing quality service.” But in reality that does not fix anything for me because i had hard time to find a hotel with available rooms… Hollywood Inn Express LAX made my family vacation ruined and i will never forget that terrible nite.. my advice just try some place else to save the disappointing stress moments.. Also i know they are goin to tell me but we refund your money but that is the less they could of done.. because they told me that usually if you reserve and dont show up they will not refund your money… i also know that the front dest may say “you call to ask if we charge the room for any cancellations and they told me once book no money back we still charge for the room”… but they never call me back to ask me if i was goin to make it in time…
Im truly disappointed with your service with you guys don’t know how hard if for ppl to get a hotel after hours all rooms book that’s why we take ur time to book ahead to avoid any delays in checking inn.. and also from my past experiences with third parties we no longer book with them I prefer to book directly from hotel because they over sell rooms 😠😤🤯😡 very por hotel it should...
Read moreI booked with this hotel expecting a great stay since I had been a guest before but this time around our stay was not pleasant. The first two nights we stayed were very uncomfortable due to a lot of light entering through the blinds(and non of the rooms have curtains) I noticed the all the other rooms had solid wood blinds and our room was the only one with flimsy metal blinds the other thing was the bathroom door (which was a sliding door) was all the way to the floor that anytime we would open or close it it would get stuck.and then the most important thing was the bed we booked a queen size room and when we first enter we noticed that the bed was small it was the same size as our full bed we have in our guest room at home. We have two queen beds at home and it’s not the same as the one we had in our stay. Also we found a bug in the bed. After the first night We did ask the front desk if there was anything we could do to make the situation better and they “fixed”the slide in door (it was cut while we were out for the day )but then it was just hanging it had no support and would now swing also they did not clean It before hanging it back up so there was dust all over the door. we couldn’t change rooms until the third night so the blinds and the bed where the same for the second night. On the third we got a king room so now the bed was bigger the bathroom door was different (it still got stuck if you don’t lift it up a bit )but it was better the only thing was there was a lot of noise (which is something that can’t be done) and the blinds where now wood so not a lot of light would come through. And the morning of our check out my partner and I used the shower but there was no hot water at all even if you turned it all the way. Read moreI'm sitting here, it's 2am, I just traveled 11 hours. I have to pee, and the girl at the counter is eating and making me wait until 245am to check me in and will not make an exception to check me in, and I am disabled. This is horrible. And I just explained to her that I'm disabled and I'm going to be peeing my pants sitting here and she refuses to check me in. 243am- I am now in a room, after the RUDE girl at the desk smacked her 2am lunch down first and complained to her friend on the phone about being a late check-in. I had been in touch with this hotel since 5 PM when I made the reservation, I also called 3 times upon me landing in Los Angeles to let them know that I am on my way and I will be there at 2 AM. Instead of waiting to take her lunch break she decided to take it at 2 AM upon my arrival.
And the room that she put me in room 300 smells like marijuana!!!!
DISGUSTING ROOM, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES!!

I MIGHT BE CALLING A LAWYER AS A DISABLED PERSON BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, AFTER THE WAY I WAS FORCED TO URINATE IN MY PANTS SO THIS GIRL COULD EAT HER 2AM LUNCH!!! Even though I communicated very effectively and she knew I was coming and checking in at 2 AM!!
