Was supposed to attend my first event today (Drag event), however got extremely ill the day of and could not attend. Called to ask about getting credit for another class, and was told it must be done 24 hours in advanced. I donāt understand this protocol as I had no idea I was going to be getting sick the day of the event. Feel like I was jipped of my money and probably will not be attending another class in the future due to this. Hoping them keeping my money is worth no future business from myself or my guest.
After the response from the owner- I think this business practice is absolutely ridiculous. Especially after posting over 100 people attended the event, they clearly made enough money to cover the entertainment for the event. At this point, they are blatantly just keeping peopleās money. I will absolutely be going elsewhere!! In this day and age, you think a company would work with people and understand that not everyone is...

She is 23 and we donāt get much time together, so this was great. The best part is, we had to go back to paint the pieces, so I get another day with my daughter, hanging out having a good time. The third time I went, I tried my hand at painting. My cousin and I went and had so much fun. The instructor was amazing. She walked us all through, Step-by-step, made us all look like we are Van Gogh. Lol. The whole night cost me under $50. It was cheaper than going out to dinner and having a few drinks or going out to the movies. The best part is you have a keepsake for afterwards. So if youāre looking for something to do, get out of your comfort zone let loose and have...
