Greenbrier Valley Theatre — Attraction in Lewisburg

What an incredible experience! We arrive at the GVT during a torrential downpour. We waded through water to go into the building. I had to literally dump my shoes out and the bottom of my dress was soaked. I wondered if I was going to be able to enjoy the play even though I was dripping wet. As soon as the lights went down I forgot all about the storm. The talent on the stage was breath taking and the set design was marvelous. It's a nice theater. The course language in Honky-tonk Laundry was offensive to me and my group and I thought totally unnecessary. If I had been warned about the language in the ad for the play I would not have attended. I'm glad I didn't bring my grandchildren. The actors and singing was very good.
