Street of Shops — Attraction in Lewisburg

Terrible, terrible, terrible. As a vendor that was finally able to get out, I would NEVER recommend this place to other potential vendors. The day we had arranged for and signed our lease to arrive, our stall was not empty nor available. They gave us another $h!tty stall way back in a dark, dank corner for a month until they could prepare the stall that we had agreed to in our signed lease. Every time we visited our stall we found items broken, stolen, missing, or moved and they did nothing to resolve our issues. They complained every time we asked them to unlock the back door so we could bring more products in. Their airtight 6 page lease proves how often they have brought on these issues themselves so there is no getting out of it. When we spoke with the manager he said “that sounds like none of my business.” How can MY business, which makes YOUR business money through my rent AND a percentage of my sales, not be YOUR business? Street of Shops used to be one of our favorite places to shop so we decided it would be a great place to have our reseller shop but the way they treat their vendors is deplorable and has left a bad taste in our mouths. Terrible! As a vendor I would NEVER recommend this place to potential vendors. The day we were scheduled to arrive, the stall we signed a lease for wasn’t available. Gave us a $h!tty stall for a month in a dark, dank back corner so they could prepare our stall which took them a month to do. Every time we visited our stall items were broken, missing, moved, or stolen but management did nothing. They even complained when we asked them to unlock the back door so we could bring more products in. We used to love to shop here and thought it would be a great place to put our reselling business. This cozy location of shops is amazing. There is so much there for everyone. Prices are also very reasonable. Only thing I think could be improved on is handicap accessibility as the upstairs and downstairs areas of the building are not accessible to persons in a wheelchair. A ramp or elevator should be installed to accommodate persons with disabilities. We loved the shops but were very disappointed we could not access the upstairs and downstairs. Would have given 5 stars if we would've had access. Please strongly consider providing a means for those in wheelchairs to access these areas.
