I came here looking for a wedding dress and I got so much more! First, the customer service is AMAZING and I will keep coming back for my fashion needs. My experience trying on dresses was better than I could have imagined. The owner made me feel so confident and beautiful while encouraging me to try on a bunch of different options to figure out what I liked. I also got to bring a big party with me- they were very accommodating to let my whole family join in on the experience. I felt like the center of attention during my appointment and all of my questions were answered. I ended up coming back to get my dress here because of the people- you can get a pretty dress anywhere but this was the BEST service anywhere around (my wedding is 1.5 hours away and totally worth the drive!!) On top of that, every fitting has been wonderful and so helpful. Any issues that popped up were taken care of immediately. They were great at letting me see my dress a few times because I wanted to try different accessories on. The seamstress was WONDERFUL and made my dress fit perfectly- she altered my straps to make me feel comfortable and did a great job tailoring. Even my mother and maid of honor got their dresses here because of the great selection and service- I have honestly never had a better experience.

My daughter found a wedding dress she fell in LOVE with! It was beautiful! we ordered the dress a year in advance I put a deposit on the dress and trusted them to actually order it! 6 months later we went in to pay on the dress and my daughter wanted to try it on, the lady went back to get the dress and turns out they NEVER ordered the dress! And when they went to order it to try to put a rush on it, they discontinued the dress and sold the one off the rack. Now my daughter is devastated!! They said we could either get the money I paid back and go look at other stores or get half off a dress on the racks there. We chose to get one there as we really had no time. My daughter finds a dress, they agreed to add appliques to the dress to make it look more like the one she had originally wanted. They told us a price for each applique, so my daughter chose to have 4 of them added. We go to pick it up and they tried over charging me for the appliques and also for the alterations that were originally told to us was free. The amount the owner tried charging me was more then the dress was before it was half off. Also, I asked if they could dry clean the dress since it was their mess up, I was told no, by the time we got the dress in our possession we had no time to dry clean. My daughter gets the dress out to try it on one last time before the wedding and the appliques were falling off!! Worst experience EVER!!!! Do not take your wedding gown for alterations here. At first I thought it was going to be great. Had a first pinning with a very nice person, but it was not the seamstress. Should have been a flag. Not sure if that is common practice but don’t ever allow it. I went to second fitting and the hem was way too short, seamstress verbally admitted that she didn’t understand the way it was pinned by other employee, and said it was temporary and could be brought down. This is what I ended up with, see photos of my now ugly hem and also a hole that wasn’t there. I know lace is hard but this is so obvious, and I took it to another expert seamstress who said there’s nothing that can be done because of the machine sewing and how it was cut. She also got a hole in a mesh side cut, and blood swipe on straps and forgot to remove it before my final pick-up day. It still didn’t come all the way out with whatever spot treatment she used. Breast cups were sewn in a different place than pinned. New seamstress is reversing almost everything that was done, a few hundred...
