False advertisement. They sent me the wrong size shoes and won't honor their return policy or provide a refund.

When I purchased five pairs of Jordan Retro 1s through a YouTube link June 2nd, the confirmation email did not provide a delivery date, nor did I receive shipping updates. I inquired via email June 20th to no avail. Finally, I received them June 24th from a Chinese address (their website says their based in PA). One pair of shoes are too big, but are placed in the right-sized box. How does that work? Not to mention some of the boxes were in rough shape and the quality of the shoes does not appear to be that great. July 9th I email a return request to customer support with the order number in the title providing proof of the bigger pair in compliance with their return policy guidance on their website. "Nathan West" asks me for the order number or email of the purchase. REALLY?!!! I provide the order number again, no response. July 11th I follow up, nothing. July 23rd "Tina", the sales manager follows up on the shipment via WhatsApp. She says I ordered the shoes through their "promote website." I'm thinking it's about the return request, much to my chagrin she's asking if I received the original order. I inform her of my return request, no response. Today, July 25th, I get a response that they prefer me not return them due to international shipping costs and delivery rates. They suggest that I resale them instead...ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! I ask for a return or refund: "I'm very sorry, your order has exceeded the return time, we can't give you the refund,friend." Now it looks like time stuck with a product I didn't ask for. I’ve ordered many items online as I live out of state, but would love to visit the boutique the next time I’m home visiting family. This little boutique from central PA has the best owner, staff and customer service around! Their product line is amazing and you’ll be sure to find something you love.
