We were debating what to do with an old Samsung LCD tv that was showing multiple blurry images on its screen. The TV itself was more than seven years old. We were not sure if we should fix it or junk it.
I called up City Electronics and spoke to Mike. Mike gave me several options on what it could be but would not be sure until he saw it. Then Mike gave us another option of stopping by the shop with the Tv or coming by the house. For $75 to stop by the house instead of us lugging it to him was a bargain in time savings for us.
Mike stopped by on Tuesday on time even early for us. He easily diagnosed that the TV would be to costly to fix and that we should just buy a new one. Which was fine for us. Afterwards I asked how much it would cost to mount a new Tv in various places in the house.
Mike was very professional and suggested what size TV we should purchase as well as what to buy for mounting.
When we purchase the new TV and mount we will be sure to call Mike to have him mount the TV for us.

Like i said from earlier, the lady wouldn’t even get out of her seat. I told her over the phone i would have to find a car to bring the tv. I did just that. The tv was way to big to carry in without talking to the front desk first therefore i left it in the car. If she would have looked at the paper she would have seen that the model number was not on it. Nothing was filled out by me at all, and her response wouldn’t give me the time of day. Read moreWas just about to buy a new TV and thought I would at least get a quote on getting my 60" DLP fixed. Called and talked to Mike the owner and he said it was just the bulb after troubleshooting over phone. Not only did he troubleshoot the problem but waited some time after he closed for me to come and purchase a new one from him. He installed the new bulb into the housing for me and guaranteed that if that didn't fix then he would personally come to my house for free to troubleshoot further. Needless to say he actually called me the next morning to make sure that it was fixed....
