Really would love to support shopping local but the unfortunately the manager demonstrates poor customer service. They have a return policy that probably intentionally disadvantages the customer. You only get store credit on a handwritten paper receipt that has to be used within 30 days, and they make no effort to keep track on that themselves. If you loose the piece of paper, that’s your own problem. They do not have a digital system. I had a unique situation yet the manager had no sympathy and even more or less implied I could be lying about the situation. I’ve shopped there several times and have no reason to lie.
