I love this aci spot!! They have just the right amount of options, all in the perfect portion size. Everything is yummy, and looks almost too good to eat. We had the Pink Dragon Aci bowl, Amazon bowl, hot matcha tea. and cold golden milk tea. The bowls were cold and the right texture for aci, not icey. As for the teas!!! They were so much better than expected. The matcha might be my favorite in Lexington! I’d definitely recommend eating at this restaurant-indoor and outdoor dining makes it even more enjoyable!

When the first thought thru your head is "the music is too loud" when you walk in their door and they give you only kale salad rather than replacing romaine for kale and the tomatoes are missing, then I suspect your first thought was right. Also, this isn't a $10 smoothie size. But, the food was ok otherwise. Time to fix some things, but would come back if they did.

I hate giving anything lower than a five-star review, and if I can, I try to just refrain from doing harm to a local business' ratings by not reviewing them at all. However other reviewers have the same complaints I do after going in for my first time. The food was good enough (we got two juices, a golden milk latte, and a cookie), but staff is very very rude.

My first time in the shop and I am never going back. My friends and I enter the shop and are greeted by an eye roll of the cashier (lady). It was our first time, so naturally we were taking a little longer than normal to decide what we wanted. When we asked to hear about a certain item, the response was always “it’s good.” No details, no enthusiasm, etc. “it’s good.” After we decide what we want, we grab a seat and wait. A lady with orange hair comes over to our table sets down two smoothies, one smoothie bowl and says “We are about to close.” We are confused because we don’t know what drinks belong to us because we are new and have never seen the product. We ask her if she can tell us what each thing is called since there were no labels. Then she starts to walk away before one of my friends realizes that the smoothie bowl was made incorrectly. She had asked for no bananas on top. When the lady confronted us, she tried to make us feel like it was our fault that is was made incorrectly. I’m sorry, but If I just paid $11 for a smoothie bowl, I want it made correctly. She leaves, brings the corrected bowl after a while, sets it on the table and says “Again, we are closing soon. You guys can sit out side when we close.” She didn’t say “Sorry about that mix up” or “Thank you for being patient”, but just reminded us that we needed to leave soon. Well that’s all fine and dandy because I will never be coming back again. I was just so bewildered by the environment and the attitudes that were presented on our...

Didn't taste good. Paid about 16$ for a smoothie bowl chocolate Amazon whatever and I was so excited, but it turns out it just did not taste good. It tasted bland and dry and simple and didnt have a lot of flavor at all. I expected a huge waterfall of chocolate and fruit and yogurt swirling into a delicious pool of yumminess and good times. Instead of a waterfall of flavor it was like a water fountain in the hallway running at half power. Compared to a gaiser it was a leaky faucet. So bland, no flavor at all, tastebuds didnt even know I was eating anything. The presentation was amazing though! It looked so so so so good. All sorts of ingredients mixed together and the balance of health and taste. Just didnt taste like much of anything at all. Other people said I got the wrong thing? Will not be going back to try the right thing whatever it is. Because I'm sure it's just like what I got but with different ingrediants or...

The food is awesome. Super fresh, healthy and tasty. HOWEVER- bought two smoothie bowls and a wrap and after buying and eating we realized that our receipt indicated that the smoothie bowls and wraps were $2.50 more expensive than what was listed on the menu and the add on toppings had gone up an additional $1 (now $2 each). When I went to mention this to the cashier she immediately knew what I was going to ask and started apologizing, stating the prices had gone up but they hadn’t “received their updated signs and menus”. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. Deceiving customers intentionally. Either you charge the customers the price on the posted menus or you, at the very least, do them the curtesy of telling them that the prices have gone up and the menus aren’t accurate. Love the food but $15 for a small smoothie bowl and $2 additional dollars for a sprinkle of granola is insane, won’t be...
