I have used Bluegrass Home Entertainment's services several times in the past, mostly associated with jobs fairly small in scope and have been very pleased with the services they rendered in those instances. Those experiences caused me to hire them in connection with my building of a new home. The most recent work they performed for me was much more complex; building a home network that would provide service to three floors, installation of a home theater system, installation of a whole house audio system, development of a comprehensive security system, installation of a Control4 home automation system, and implementation of multiple Amazon Echo devices. From our first meeting, Josh, my project coordinator, was clearly interested in making sure all my needs were addressed. He maintained this genuine interest throughout the entire project period. Keeping my budget in mind, he made reasonable recommendations as to product brands and to the scope of technology involved. I was just as impressed with the installation process. From the rough in stage to final touches, the work was performed with total professionalism. While there were several individuals involved during the installation process, Nick performed the huge majority of the services. Extremely competent, professional and accommodating is how I could best describe Nick and the service he provided. In summary, I now have what I consider to be an exceptionally smart home where nearly every aspect can be controlled by voice command. Amazed and happy you will be if you put your project in their hands. BGHE did all the AV design & installation for the construction of our $200,000+ pool house and 4,000 sq. ft. basement remodel.

I asked BGHE to install a security camera system to keep eyes on my entire property--no problem! I asked BGHE to make sure we have fast & reliable WIFI everywhere--again, no problem! They integrated all the AV stuff, security cameras, and our house lighting via a Control 4 system (which they installed) that is super easy to use.

Josh Ochala does a fine job of listening to my needs and always is spot on with what the solution is. The scheduling of technicians to come out and then the installation of security cameras, video conferencing equipment, movie theaters, projectors and any other system you may need. The technicians that do the installation are highly trained and experienced, and can fix and answer any questions you may have.
