My experience with Mica Moon Zip Tours was nothing short of phenomenal! From start to finish, every aspect of the tour was meticulously planned and executed, making it an unforgettable adventure. Drew and Heidi, our guides for the day, truly elevated the experience with their exceptional skills and infectious personalities.

Drew, with his witty humor and charm, had us in stitches from the moment we met him. Not only was he incredibly funny, but he also exuded confidence and knowledge about the zip-lining experience. His ability to explain safety procedures in easy-to-understand detail was truly commendable. I felt reassured and well-informed throughout the entire journey, thanks to his expertise.

Heidi, on the other hand, was an absolute delight! Her warm and friendly demeanor instantly put everyone at ease. Went the 12 of September, on an especially smoky day. Even still, this is in my opinion the premier attraction that Spokane, or even Washington as a whole has to offer. As a short review: Every person employed had expertise and loved what they did. The ropes course and ziplines are both well constructed and exhilirating. Please do yourself the favor of going at least once.

For a long review: My group got our orientation from the owner himself and it was honest, entertaining, and put any worries about heights or equipment at rest. The travel up and down the mountain was mostly smooth and obviously well practiced. The ropes course allowed for a high degree of independance without feeling unattended at all. The obstacles were fun, challenging, and engaging without feeling impossible. After the lunch break (pack in and pack out style) we made our way to the ziplines. Some groups ahead were running late so we got to see the guides operate the braking system before going on ziplines ourselves. The guides Eli and Andrew were adept at operating every inch of the zipline course. When my group went through the course, the way they handled the tour showed a high level of experience and a focus on safety. They also have a great sense of humor, if not a touch dry for some. The ziplines themselves were amazing, number 7 and number 9 (of 9) especially. The height, speed, and view even with limited distance from the smoke was breathtaking. Outstanding; an absolute blast! I brought my girlfriend, Kaylee, on a surprise date to Mica Moon Zip Tours. All week I had been waiting to bring her on a day we both were available and I had been telling her we are just gonna have an "us" day and maybe go on a hike or just explore nature. She had no idea! 😂

Ben and Brandon were both fantastic guides who just brought their own personalities into the tours and made it their own while taking us on the adventure making it even better. Both were very witty and had a plethora of "dad jokes," fun facts and zipline challenges, like showing off your best dance moves, songs adaptations about ziplines, ect. From beginning to end, Ben and Brandon had us laughing and having a good time. The were easy to understand and their instructions were very clear. I felt safe and secure throughout.

Kaylee and I got to enjoy the ziplines along with another couple but one of the really cool things to note, is that Kaylee and I did the combo tour of the ziplines and the aerial park. Ordinarily, this is unavailable on the day and time that we went and usually requires more than two people to do, however, I called early in the morning to see if there might be a way to do it (since my work schedule won't give me enough free time on weekends to do it) and (I believe I spoke with the owner) the lady on the phone was able to make the accommodations for us.
