Crowley Furniture & Mattress — Attraction in Liberty

Mattress is junk. Flat, compressed, no support, deep body dents after a few hours. Horrible return policy. They have you spend more and more money. Completely sided in their favor. They blame it on the comfort fact/me. The mattress is comfortable, I need it to last more than a few hours IS THE ISSUE! I don't buy a mattress to look at, I buy it to lay on, and not IN. You should be able to pick a mattress based on the way it feels at the store, not predict that it's going to go flat and dent in because the materials don't last. We were VERY clear on that before we bought it. They showed no concern or apologies. Lots of aches and stiffness through the night and next day. They make you sleep on it for over a month! No options, must invest more money in foundations if the height doesn't work on the 2nd mattress. Didn't waste more time talking to the owner since the sales guy/manager already did. Instead, I'll let everyone know they don't take care of their customers. Return customers, no less. We will never buy again from Crowley. Why buy local from a local place? They don't honor their advertised words. Bad experience, so far. We still have a week to wait on the next mattress to see if it breaks down where you sleep. Very expensive materials that do not hold up. We lost a lot of money on this deal when it is clearly a QUALITY issue!! We paid a lot of money for it and a lot more on the next one. They also dropped it off the truck (intentionally to get out of the truck) when it was delivered. And they did not show any concern about that either. I do not recommend this place. UPDATE: S&F estate firm mattress also junk. Both mattresses sink in the first few days. They should have a disclaimer on how many hours you can lay in the bed before it sinks. Actually, it's only minutes in, no support in the mattress, and after talking with them again last time, no support from the store either. We're stuck with this huge heavy mattress of junk after spending thousands of dollars. Thanks...

If I could give a 10 star rating I would . We were first time shoppers at Crowley Furniture but it won't be our last time. This place is phenomenal in every way. We were looking for solid wood (no veneer top or sides) bedroom furniture and were pleasantly surprised to find several choices. Our sales person, Sandy Nichols, was wonderful to work with and spent about three hours helping us and answering our many questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly and we never felt like we were being pressured. We ultimately settled on a solid wood Amish made set and are so excited to get it delievered which will be in only four days after our purchase. We're in our mid 60s and feel like this set will last us the rest of our lives.

Wnile we were completing the paperwork, the owner introduced himself nto us. He was so nice and seemed genuinely pleased to have us as a new customer. That is certainly nothing like their competitor (you know the big one in Kansas City ,KS). We had previously settled on a set from the other place but due to ridiculous delivery problems and being lied to by their rude delivery person multiple times, we cancelled the order and will never buy anything else from them. Since 2004 we had purchased over $30.000 worth of merchandise from them but we determined we were certainly not valued as a repeat customer. They obviousy have never heard of good customer service which blows my mind as they are a sales driven business. When we cancelled our order with the big furniture store we decided to look at Crowley Furniture in Libery, MO and are so happy we did so.

Last June we spent almost $3,000 on a king size mattress. After sleeping on it, both my husband and I felt you had received the wrong mattress. I called within the first week and was told we hadn't given it enough time. Tried it for a couple months and still felt like something was wrong. I called again and they had me check the tag to make sure it's what we ordered, it said it was the right one. I told them something is wrong with this mattress, we both felt like we were in a hole. They said your just not giving it enough time. I felt like we were being put off, after buying the protective pad so we could return it if need be. The last time I called, I finally got thru to a customer service lady. I explained if we don't turn this mattress every 2 weeks we are in a hole. She said it shouldn't be that way and she would send someone out. A man showed up at our door with a 2×4 and a terrible attitude. He puts the board on the bed and says nothing is wrong, not once did he feel it or even lay on it. I asked him if he could see where the middle was higher than the sides. He told us all king beds do that. I told him I wasn't happy and he said you can call and complain but they will just send me out here again, with my board. I would never buy another mattress from the so called mattress experts like they advertise. We spent almost $7,000 that day on a bedroom set and mattress. I assure you there is something wrong with this mattress, and will never use Crowley Furniture again 👋👋We have been contacted by Crowley Furniture, they are working had to satisfy us....
