Cashier (I think her name is Stephanie) is absolutely terrible and should be let go. She's the lady that looks like she should go back to work at the gas station. I have been to Cici's twice in the past 30 days and both times, this lady has been so rude it's unbelievable. My first visit, about two weeks ago, I filled out a paper request card for a zesty pepperoni pizza since I didn't see it on the buffet. When I handed it to Stephanie, she looked at it with an attitude and then immediately wadded it up and threw it in the trash - it felt like she was giving me a big "F** you". She did tell the cook to make the pepperoni pizza afterwards though. So I grabbed some other pizza as I waited. However, when the pizza was made she never called for me or came to let me know it was ready. I discovered the pizza on the buffet - not a big deal - but here's where it all changes for the worst. I asked Stephanie if that pizza was the zesty pepperoni I had requested. She replied "yeah....I hollered at you, but you didn't hear me so...." AS SHE SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS! She just as well should've said "oh well, you're loss". It would've been the same effect. I can't believe it. Later on during that same visit, a really nice young man who worked for Cici's was cleaning tables actually asked me if everything was okay - just being friendly. We made small talk but later I observed that he had noticed a problem in the game room - something with a game machine. He had Stephanie come over to see it and she just mumbled something, looked totally disgusted and walked away. I heard this nice kid say loudly as Stephanie walked away, "I just thought you should know". I kind of felt bad for this guy. On my second visit on 5/7/19, I walked up to the front door of Cici's and the line was out the door - there had to be at least 9-10 people in front of me. After a long wait, the line moved and I was in the breezeway and I could see that it was this same incredibly rude Stephanie again working the register! I told a few people around me to watch this lady because I know from experience how rude and ridiculous she is. Within minutes of me saying that, she told the next customer in line "hold on", while she either made / received a phone call. She then plugged her other ear with her finger while she spoke on the phone for quite a few minutes - to the point that customers in line were looking around like "what the hell is going on". I was in disbelief. After the phone call, she rang up only one more person in line before saying once again, "hold on" with a rude tone. There was no polite "I'll be with you shortly" or anything. Just a rude bold "hold on". Then she went to the back to grab a pot of pasta to refill the buffet. So as we all stood in line with no cashier she returned to dump the pasta in the buffet container. As she was filling the container she dumped it all over in such a sloppy manner that a good portion of pasta spilled all over other lids and containers. Stephanie didn't give the slightest care. Stephanie then came back to the register to help the next customer in line, a gentleman in front of me. He actually stopped her and said "can I give you some advice?", to which Stephanie very sarcastically said "oh yes, what?" as she rolled her eyes. The man said something to the point that she shouldn't be on the phone ignoring customers when the line is out the door. She of course didn't seem to care at all and the man went on his way. Then it was my turn to order. It went about as god awful as you can expect and I don't know why I even stayed at this Cici's, except it was supposed to be Liberty School night at Cici's. Read moreFirst of all these people need to change their sign. They need to close at 8pm instead of 10pm. We came here at 8pm and they had a whole section with chairs up on the tables. We went in a group of 9 and needed a big enough table to seat us all. Every single table was dirty in the section that didn't have chairs up. I went and asked the gentlemen for an alfredo pizza and they said okay. I waited 10 mins while everyone else was eating and I finally went up there and asked and they said they never put it in. While I was waiting for the alfredo pizza one of the employees came over and said we need to move because they are trying to close this section. We told him we couldn't sit anywhere else because all of the tables were dirty he replied they had someone quit. Side note- you dont have enough people to clean the tables your customers are going to eat at but you have enough time and people to clean a section where people are not going to sit. Paid full price and THEN the lady working the register tells us it's a digital coupon. lol! Definitely appreciate the "customer service". Whatever though as it's a whole $10 difference. Grab our first plate and sit down with it and there's a good sized hair sitting under the first slice. Cleary a different texture and color then either mine or my husband's. So gross but we've already paid and driven 20 minutes to get here. So yet again fine whatever. Alfredo sauce was room temperature and watered down,brownies were cakey and dry,and literally heard the same lady telling a customer they no longer make a pizza they were asking about without an apology or scrap of empathy again excellent "customer service". And to finish off our wonderful experience my husband and I were both nauseated for the rest of the evening after having ate.
