Diamond Palace Banquet Hall — Attraction in Lincoln

This place does not deserve a 4.8. I’m not denying any of the other reviews in their authenticity, however me and finance’s experience in our event here was horrible. The event hall was nice, well decorated, and the bridal room was convenient. The problem the overshadows everything is the owner. Arazeu. She made our event extremely stressful and agonizing. Her attitude, nitpicking, and lack of communication made planning extremely difficult. I kid you not, this lady, due to staffing issues went through the contract and nitpicked small things just so she doesn’t have to do them. She denies us water, charger plates (even though my fiancé picked the colors with her) and even the set up day after agreeing that it will be free for us to come prepare. Of course we negotiated all these things back and did it ourselves. Imagine paying for a venue hall only to set it up yourself. This lady didn’t show up with staff until 2pm day of! When the event started at 6pm. This is honestly the least of what she did to us. Other things include. Not setting up the right backdrop we asked for, not honoring the smoke machine that she put in the contract, cussing at my fiancé over text, giving our DJ attitude, etc etc.

Please beware of the owner. She might seem sweet at first. But once she takes the money, she does everything in her power to do the least she can get away with. I’d give this place a 0 Star if I could. I hope she changes her ways and not ruin future 1 time...
