Initially our experience was not the best... the people behind us were pushing us through quickly which made the experience hard to have with four kids trying to learn to mini golf. The two groups behind us were not wearing masks, but on the door it states you need to. No matter the stance on the mask debate, if a business has this sign it is not a personal choice so for us we wanted to see that be more enforced. I understand you can’t force anyone, but to not even approach them to ask we weren’t a fan of. This was our first time so we really didn’t know what to expect. We skipped the last few holes out of the 18 because the people behind us just kept staring at us or would come across to the same hole we were on and push us to the next and it got to the point it wasn’t fun. We did let the manager know and he was extremely sweet. He refunded us which we didn’t expect or ask for and then he gave us a free passes to come visit again because he is sure that the experience is normally so much better. We will be going back to try again and do appreciate the customer service and the golf course itself...
Read moreThe course itself would have been very fun. Unfortunately the place was PACKED and there was absolutely no attempt at making or keeping order. There appeared to be one young man working there alone in the entire place. He was very polite and did a fabulous job. No way he alone could have done much for the number of people. They need a process in place to prevent people golfing on top of each other. Additionally, there were people jumping around from one course to the next cutting in front of people, partially because they didn’t know which way to go and partially because they didn’t care. There is no “waiting” space from one hole to the next meaning you can’t get out of the way at all if the people in front of you aren’t done and the people behind you decide not to wait. I think mandating 5-10 mins from one group starting the to the next would be very helpful. Also, there were many little kids.....like one year olds, unattended by parents and left to wander in a busy place with golf balls flying around. Won’t...
Read moreWent today and left very disappointed. It wasn’t crazy busy and my kids first time going (3 and 5 years old). However, there was also a birthday party at the same time. The party kids were skipping holes, screaming and yelling, then tried to interfere while we were playing. Our kids took their shot, then the party kids started playing the same hole, tossing the clubs and flying down the slide almost on top of my son. When I asked them politely to please wait their turn, a bigger kid in the party berated me saying I was yelling at the kid, then the parent came over accusing me of the same thing. There was not a single employee in sight which was ridiculous. The mom told the kids to wait their turn then left. The party people should adhere to the same etiquette as the paying families but it seems to just be a free for all. We will not be back anytime soon which is sad because my kids love dinosaurs. It really is a great concept but rules should be enforced so...
