This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. I made an appointment for 8/27 at 1:30pm a day prior just for me to get there and the truck wasn’t even there, which she wasn’t even aware of 🤔🤦🏾‍♀️ she claimed it was in the shop getting fixed and told us to come back at 3, so we sat there and waited until 3pm keep in mind we got there 40mins early and I had paid a $$$ deposit for a mechanic that was wasted because of them not conducting business correctly, he was suppose to meet us there at 1:30 he couldn’t come at 3 so I lost my deposit because of them not being on time which no one even cared about. So 3pm comes she tells us to go to the shop where the truck was 😒 she heard me ask my bf did he just want to leave then she goes to ask did we want him to come pick us up because we came in a Lyft and I said “yea because this is the address we were giving to come see the truck. So the guy picks up and on the way there he had all of these excuses asking us did we want to purchase another car and how he thought the truck was good etc….🤔 there were just so many red flags so when get to the shop and the truck wouldn’t even start, he had to get a jumper cable, we said we didn’t want the car and asked for him to take us back keep in mind it wasn’t the exact same truck in the picture that’s being advertised, so please don’t call asking to see this truck because they are all full of bullshit I wouldn’t trust none of them so save your...

My first time buying a car was an experience I’ll never forget—and in the best way possible—thanks to PayLess Car Sales of Linden! The location is super convenient, nestled right between residential areas and close to major highways, which made it really easy for my family and me to find and get to.

They had a great selection of affordable cars, and I was especially interested in a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The ladies at the front were so friendly and incredibly patient with us, which made such a difference in calming those first-time car buyer nerves.

A special shoutout to Melani, our sales rep, who went above and beyond! She was not only knowledgeable, but truly patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Her support made my experience so smooth and enjoyable.

I also want to thank the store manager—I believe his name is Atif (apologies if I got that wrong)—for being so kind and respectful to me and my family.

This dealership has a family-friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service, and a team that truly exudes professionalism from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with how everything went.

My friend….Its very hard for them to keep there word….My review will stay posted Bought a car not even a week ago and already needs work...drove it one day and brought it here said it would be done asap for five days nobody has contacted me to let me know anything was going on with my car. They had ordered the wrong piece and it was broke. They don't know the exact days the parts are gonna be ordered nor do they speak proper English the bosses never around so you always have to get the phone handed to you.
