I set a dollar amount and requested meat for dinner. Told them to surprise me. With the pandemic, they dont allow anyone inside (fine by me) so the woman serving us dissappeared inside for a couple minutes and came back out with a white bag. I requested she not reveal the contents and handed her my card. We made it half way home before anyone peaked. Shannon told me we got scallops. Sweet. Hands down, this is the best butcher shop, and seafood shop in the area. I bought three New York strips from here and they were quite possibly the best steak I have ever had in my life. And I didn't have to go to a restaurant for it, just a little salt and pepper and cook it to medium rare. He will not find better meat in the area I can promise that, I have not tried their fish yet, but I know the quality from the people that work there, and I know it's top notch. Love this fish and meat market. It is run by a husband and wife team Wes and Janet. They started as a fish market and expanded it to a meat market as well.
