Ordered Buddha delight- got home and it was 98% Broccoli, so I just paid $10. For Broccoli… Called and spoke to the alleged mgr. and was told the person taking the order must have not heard me and placed the ordered for mixed veg. So…broccoli is your mixed veg?? When did this happen? Was told yes, you need to be specific..who knew?! So mixed veg is just broccoli- okay! No apologies- no trying to replace, refund..nope… Was my fault apparently…great way do business- but then again it’s a cash only place. Should have stopped going there awhile ago.. Very sad as we used to love eating from here… but something has changed. Not sure if they changed where they buy food or got a new chef or what… but the food has been so sad for the last couple months and it used to be great! Both shrimp and chicken fried rice were pretty plain rice with pretty plain shrimp or chicken. I always get general Tso’s shrimp and they used to be larger and thickly battered, now they are small and sad. Can’t remember what else my family gets but we have all agreed we can’t order dinner form here anymore.

I can’t get over how rude and mean the man I called my order into was. I asked him about a particular item and gave him the wrong code accidentally I apologized and with a very large attitude said can you please just put your order in right That was the only item I messed up but corrected immediately while placing my order. I don’t know why he was being so nasty but the will be the very last time I ever order from them I’ll deal with Waterbury over...
