Today when walking around the store I saw new items that I was interested in, a manager (Andrew) came up to me and my significant other and asked if we needed help. At first, I said no, but then later requested his help. I said excuse me three times and he ignored me. I then moved on to the other half of the store to get snacks. I noticed that an older woman was following us (an employee) I was finishing up my shopping and on our way to the cash register the manager (Andrew) come up to us and told us we need to leave. He told us we were loitering and soliciting. (We only talked to each other and him and there were other customers who were in there longer than us who were not asked to leave.) He then explained how he was upset that my s/o put down a box of gushers in the wrong place. My partner said he would put it back in the right spot, but the manager then took our items out of our hands and told us to leave. We left being respectful and not saying a word. keep in mind my partner and I are young adults, and in an interracial relationship. I have never encountered such a miserable person. I really think he need training if he is going to have the title of Manager, because his costumer...
Read moreCVS has gone downhill. I'm not sure if the female with shoulder-length hair & glasses is a pharmacist or employee. Definitely not someone I want to know. I walked up to pharmacy counter, ignored by all. 1 female on the phone, 2 females at the other end o the counter chatting & the female w/shoulder lenght hair & glasses. I inquired as I was smiling. "Is anyone working the counter?" Shoulder length hair & glasses responded " it will be a minute " I replied "it's been a minute" Shoulder length hair & glasses charges over "what did you say?!" The snark was palatable. I softly replied(I have found yelling at bullies/aggressive humans escalates their behavior, speaking softly tends to unnerve the bullies/aggressive humans & tends to de-escalate or disarm them) "it's already been a minute" She stormed off & a lovely & polite young woman immediately helped me. Thank you for that. I reported it to the manager. I have my own business. I understand fully what quality customer service is, CVS pharmacy no longer does. Time to switch...
Read moreDone with this place! I just watched the clown with the flowered shirt and alcoholic skin who called himself a “manager” get into it with a crotchety old man over a soda bottle he mistakenly tapped over the counter while haggling over the bill(coward felt it was thrown at him) When I told this pathetic excuse for a man and customer service that he should take it down a notch (he was threatening the old man to leave the store or call the cops) he told me to leave. No problem buddy, keep your products and CVS looses my business no problem at all. I can go elsewhere til upper management gets rid of this chump. Maybe CVS should train its employees to realize the difference between a bottle being thrown and tipped by a shakey old man Hahah! Oh how I’d love to be a fly on the wall to hear the version of the story this “manager” tells his friends where...
