The worst customer service, they don’t acknowledge you when your at the window, they take forever to even get your order out, I waited almost 30 min for an açaí bowl, and then they forgot about me, walked by the window and ignored me, then didn’t even apologize or have any regards to how long I was waiting, when I made the online order ahead of time, originally because I had my toddler in the car.

Unfortunately, not a lot of other options in Litchfield & I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but maybe retrain your employees on the basics of customer service because it really feels like they don’t care, and this wasn’t my first experience with them that left a bad taste in my mouth, I’ve just given so many chances at this point, and for the exorbitant prices they are charging (you can literally get a cheaper açaí bowl in California with organic fruits) for what they charge here! Recently enjoyed breakfast at Toast & Co. It was a beautiful morning, and a perfect day to sit outside where there is ample seating in a spacious area. The patio umbrellas are a nice touch also. The food was excellent, as I ordered a breakfast sandwich two eggs, sausage, and cheese. my wife ordered the keto breakfast, and our daughter had the breakfast sandwich with two eggs, bacon, and cheese. Both sandwiches were served on fresh ciabatta rolls that were just the right size and thickness. The keto breakfast was highlighted by fresh greens and avocado, and we also ordered a smoothie, and a cup of the house blend coffee (they serve Omar). The service was prompt and friendly, and everything was perfect- really. One small caveat is that you will likely spend a little more than you would at some other places, but for supporting a locally owned business that does it right,...

I don't understand the hype. I have tried T&Co multiple times and have been disappointed by each trip. 30 minutes for 2 orders of toast and a breakfast sandwich, which I found excessive. I paid extra for cheddar cheese and deleted the feta on my avocado toast, and there was no cheese on it at all. The hashbrown pattys were soggy, and when we went for pickup, we had to wait and additional 10 minutes. They should have a separate window devoted to pickup during busy times. Overall disappointing, friends were in town and they were disappointed too. On another occasion, the hot chocolate was served ice cold, I asked them to reheat it 2-3 times and it was still cold. Ended up throwing it away when we reached our destination. I hope you can correct these issues so future customers do not experience the same thing, but I won't be...
