Worst company I have ever dealt with! We purchased a 2010 Mercedes Benz GL450 because it was beautiful vehicle and had it shipped to NY. Upon receiving the vehicle the fuel light, the oil light, and the tire pressure gauge light were on. I called and spoke with Keith who sold us the vehicle and was told he would send 20.00 for gas, which was never received. Upon going to get gas the vehicle ran out it and was left on the side of the road late at night until we could purchase some for it. I spoke with John in reference to the mechanical lights being on and he blamed it on the moving company. We then heard a knocking noice on the right side, took it to the shop and was told it would be about 2000.00 to repair. We spoke with John the manager at the time who stated they would send me a check for 1000.00 to cover the repairs and 50.00 for gas that's the best they could do about the situation. After numerous calls daily John was fired or quit and I was forwarded to speak with Frank who ended up being the RUDEST sales person I have ever dealt with. Frank stated John lied and we wouldn't receive anything! A day later we were sent a 200.00 bill stating a temporary tag was issued in my wife's name and photos were taken from EZ PASS due to us not paying at the toll booths, so we had to prove we didn't live in NJ. After calling Milan Motors Frank & Keith made it seem as if we were lying about the situation. My wife was driving the vehicle a week later and the back air suspension went out and we had to park the vehicle to prevent future damages. Again, we called Milan Motors and were told the vehicle was sold AS IS, mind you we had it less than 30 days. We had to pay 200.00 to have it towed to the Mercedes dealership, who stated there were cheap parts placed on it and to repair it would be 2100.00, not to include the knocking on the right side or mechanical lights on in the vehicle. Milan Motors sent us a check for 800.00 after calling daily and practically begging seems like to help with he repairs. The total amount will be over 3000.00 for a vehicle less than 45 days with us. I called numerous times to just share with the owner how we were treated and the lies were told, only to be blown off and told he knows already. If we were someone of prestige or prominence he would have called quick, fast, and in a hurry, but since I am just the average Joe he doesn't have time for me. No customer should ever be treated the way we have been treated. I could not sleep at night if I knew my company got over on someone and handled the situation less than a professional. Lesson learned we will NEVER buy a vehicle offline again! The only person that cares in that office is Sarah. She sent me the rugs for the vehicle after I waited 2 weeks for lying Frank to send them. I Pastor a fast growing ministry and so many people asked us about our SUV, but rest assured I won't smile and say...
Read moreI had a very strange and uncomfortable experience here. I called ahead to confirm the car was available — it was, and came in planning to trade in my current vehicle, which still had a $15k balance on the loan. Oddly, they never even inspected my car.
Gabriel helped me and said my application was denied due to three repossessions. That’s simply false. I disclosed the one I definitely had years ago during our initial conversation, but he claimed the car I currently drive was being repossessed (it’s not, I showed proof I wasn’t even 30 days late!!). He also said a totaled car covered by GAP was a repossession. Again, false because that vehicle was a total loss. I had gone to another dealer before them recently and they mentioned me having 3 repos. Very sketchy.
Gabriel never disclosed the actual price of the vehicle I was interested in, which was suspicious. The car was listed online at $26k, but for all I know they were pitching it to lenders for far more without telling me, obviously. Gabriel also never told me what value they gave my current vehicle — which tells me they weren’t treating this as a trade-in at all. Then he suggested I just put down $6,000 and get another car loan without trading mine in, meaning I’d have two car loans, two cars! (I went there alone from out of state lol how could I possibly leave the lot with two cars?!) When I asked if that made sense, he didn’t even try to explain — just started texting on his phone. He then asked if I had a credit card to put the $6k on. Seriously? I was soo confused.
Lastly, I had to ask for my paystubs back — they weren’t offered so that’s another red flag.
0/5 stars. If you’re not paying cash, avoid this place. Nothing about the process felt transparent or professional. I honestly feel like it was because I’m a female and went there alone. I ended up getting approved and trading in my car with a dealer not far from here — no issues. I had to put more money down than I wanted but they didn’t see on my credit report the “3 repos” Gabriel said I had so what was that about?!
Editing to add: the test drive was so awkward. Gabriel was silent the entire time and didn’t provide information about the features of the vehicle like other sales rep do. He only spoke when spoken to and only answered questions about the car when I asked. So strange. Usually they talk the entire time about the car and the benefits of buying it. I still don’t know if it’s 2WD or 4WD or how many MPG for gas. Usually in a test drive that’s when they take the opportunity to explain things to you to get you to...
Read moreWe purchased a vehicle a month ago from isaac and are still waiting on registration, clearly it's an ongoing issue that this dealership has. Our temp plates have expired and when ever we try to get a hold of the sales person he puts us on hold and the call drops. ISAAC has been extremely rude and unprofessional he clearly doesn't know what he's doing because when I asked him a simple question of how our registration was shipped out he couldn't give me an answer. After he made the sale he cleaned his hands and wanted absolutely nothing to do with us. He states that he doesn't see anything in the computer and had no tracking information. I have asked to speak to a manager and they state they are not in and keep hanging up on me. We purchased our vehicle 9/11/23 and received a text on 10/16/23 stating that our registration was ready at the dealership to be picked up or they could mail it to us. Since we live out of state we decided to have them mail it to us and have called them many times because we have not received it and isaac just keeps giving us the run around saying that once it's given to the shipper, (not sure which shipper they used) that he is no longer responsible. Any shipper you use will provide a tracking number so how hard is it to ask who ever is responsible for that that information??
First of all I NEVER cursed at anyone I simply asked the questions I needed answers to for my husband since he did not speak English and your employees and sales person kept putting us on hold and hanging up. If your sales person isaac would have simply spoke to a manager to clear up the misunderstanding then there wouldn't have been a Google review. He clearly didn't know the proper procedure therefore he couldn't communicate that to us or simply had no interest in helping out his customers. Being busy is no excuse to not help out your customers there was no reassurance that this was going to be taking care of. Even if you couldn't give us the tracking number you could have let us know when it was set to arrive because you clearly did not send it out when you was supposed to otherwise it would have arrived before my temp plates expired. I am not a customer but my husband was and you didn't do much to help him out when you guys were in the wrong and acted unprofessionally. Also I would like to add that clearly the person responding is not the owner nor the manager it is the sales person ISAAC because that was who we spoke to on the phone like he states in his response. Thank you for taking the time to respond back to us really...
