Ice Man Mens Wear — Attraction in Little Rock

Absolutely No!!! I went here to get my son some shoes; went to return them because he got another pair from somewhere else. There is NO refund policy and they would NOT allow me to return the shoes, claiming they’ve been worn. He tried them on & walked around in the store with them on. Didn’t think to check the bottoms before I purchased so they could’ve already been this way before I bought them- because his occasion hasn’t come up yet so I know he didn’t wear them. $80 down the drain. I will not be retuning and I definitely would NOT recommend them...

Horrible, I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. The manager is rude and the customer service is horrible. They are not knowledgeable when it comes to measuring, fitting or suits. Quality is ok , a bit over priced. Their return policies is crazy. I would only recommend buying cufflinks, socks, lapel pins, pocket squares nothing else. (neckties maybe). They need to update their ties etc. Whomever is the buyer for the store need some help.They have a few nice suits but you have to really look and inspect.

I really wanted to like this place and was prepared to spend a significant amount of money with them over the next few months; but hearing the salesman and a customer (who was in with their spouse and young child) openly decrying the LBGTQIA community and using their religious beliefs to justify their stance meant that this isn't a store that I can in good conscience support. The selection is decent and they can order even more - so if this aligns with your personal ideology, you're fine. I won't be...
