Several weeks ago my husband and I took two of his rings and one band of mine to be resized. We were told that my ring, only going from a 6 to a 7 would be ready that week. It was not. Instead and without being given the quote so that it could be approved prior to performing the service, they incorrectly resized my husbandās rings for over $1,100. No credit was applied for the gold that was utilized from the original rings and these rings were too large/ now presented with plastic around the bands as sizers. They looked terrible, completely unprofessional ! Now weeks later, still without my ring, my husband returned his rings for correct sizing to the tune of another $378. My band which was supposed to be a simple fix had come in ( come in? We understood the work was performed on site? ) and the ālooseā quote of no more than $500-600 dollars was in the end over $750. Again no credit for the gold from the original ring and they somehow said the delay was do to the need for a new setting, but the setting is the same white gold. I believed the great reviews and chose their business and I am so sorry that I did. Yes, everyone is nice to your face but their business practices and limited/ untimely communication to their benefit is questionable. Shop somewhere else! Buyer beware and if you do use them press for as much information in writing up front. 10/12/24. I put on my band today only to notice one of the diamonds is missing a prong and about to fall out! How could a good jeweler allow this to go out the door. Poor...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA great experience all around from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in the store to browse their collections to the moment I snuck in to buy the ring their staff was warm and welcoming in a way that felt truly genuine, rather than the fake warmth you sometimes feel from sales people. The rings themselves turned out beautiful and not a day goes by I don't catch my now fiance staring at it, and the joy on her face definitely made everything worth it. As for pricing, they do carry top brands so might be more expensive than some jewelers, but they are definitely very competitively priced matching costs to any major brand you might find. (And here's a tip, if you buy the engagement ring, diamond, and wedding band in one go they'll be willing to give you a bit of a discount on these items) I certainly know I would recommend them based on staff alone to any friends looking to buy. And a side note that if you ask them about their partnership with children's hospital you will get to see their passion and dedication for helping out their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf your looking for a friendly staff and greatly overpriced jewelry this is the place for you. I bought my fiancĆ©ās engagement ring here and felt the price was a little high. I did some looking later afterwards and found the same style ring with a better center diamond for $1600 LESS! I completely understand mark up to make a profit, but that much is crazy. I went back for a āStore Wide 60% Off Saleā and figured at least I should be able to get a wedding band at a better price. I arrived to the same friendly staff ready to help, I was looking for a simple diamond ring that matched the engagement ring I had bought. I then found the matching ring, but was told this was not part of the sale (of course). I told the woman helping me I wasnāt looking at spending that much today and asked if they have any other options that I could look at. I looked at 2-3 other rings that were all also conveniently not in the sale. If budget isnāt an concern for you I highly recommend Jones and Son, but otherwise I would...
