What a wonderful experience! We came to see Steel Magnolias and had a excellent time. The food was decent for a buffet though a bit messy. The seating is a bit cramped, but there's not a bad seat in the theater, especially with the cool rotating seats. Our waitress was a little scattered. She forgot to bring and then refill our drinks, but the place was packed so we understand. For one show, it was a bit expensive at $46 per ticket, so getting season passes would make sense if you plan on coming often. Our only complaints were standing in the long, hot line outside waiting to enter (there should be a secondary entrance for patrons who reserved and paid for their tickets ahead of time) and that the playhouse is not in the best...

While I appreciate the plays and will continue to be a season pass holder, I truly wish Murry’s would go back to the carving stations for meats and also hire a better head chef. I’ve never known anyone who could massacre green beans but the chef that works here manages to let some very overcooked, soggy, and salty green beans go to the buffet ….. every show that I’ve been to in three years. Why the one bite desserts? I’m simply giving examples and expressing a need to take the food back to a higher level. Let’s keep this legacy going Murry's...
Read moreMy wife, step daughter, grandkids and in laws were there last night. she said the food was terrible and the show was very poor and quite vulgar with language ( unsuitable for 11 and 8 year olds ). it’s sad because the food used to be quite good ( was already going downhill last time i went there ) and the shows were good. she said they seemed like they didn’t rehearse and one of them forgot their lines. maybe that’s the last time any of us go. i wish she’d complained because it isn’t cheap....
