I purchased a few cardstock invitations from the Crown shop. Though they have unique gift options their customer service toward me sucked. There were two sales ladies in the embroidery/ stationary area & neither greeted me as I entered the store. The older lady went to a customer that she may have been acquainted with personally and discussed what types of items she was looking for & for what occasion and eventually gave her opinions as to was types of invitations she may use....mind you, I came to that area around the same time and still had not been greeted. I figured out where the stock designs were and picked out my selection. Just as I was about to leave, the sales lady asked if I needed any help. The other woman only rang me up after I asked her if I had to go to the front of the store to purchase my invitations. Read moreThe Crown Shop was a life saver this summer when preparing for our daughter's wedding. With all of the changes imposed with COVID, we printed three different sets of invites with changes to the date, numbers of persons attending, and reception details. The imprinting department was absolutely fabulous to work with. They were so accommodating to our changes; very helpful with the wording of our situations, and always working with us on tight deadlines. They had multiple suggestions to make things work smoothly for all involved. As well, our daughter found place cards and notecards on line that they were able to obtain quickly and imprint immediately.
