I was new to buying leggings here and it can be overwhelming with all the sizes, lengths, styles, etc. I walked in and (I'm so sorry I can't remember their names!) one gal who was working by the leggings helped me understand the difference between them and asked me about what I was going to wear them for to help me find the best style. She was amazing. She helped me figure out what size and length to get. She was so knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. There was another gal working by the fitting rooms who was super helpful too and helped me figure out which size was fitting best. I described my fit between 2 different sizes and then she grabbed me a contour fit as well and I ended up going with that. They didn't have my size in the store so she got it ordered to my house. I came in looking for a yoga mat and had an amazing experience today! David was the person helping me and he went above and beyond to help me! Another woman that works there also told me she has 2 of the yoga mats I was interested in and she said she loves them so that helped a well. David was exceptional though! I was having a pretty rough day with some personal problems and it really made my day how nice and helpful David was! Maybe David was able to sense that. Not sure, but I will definitely come back if I need anything else and I'm going to tell my wife the great experience I had here as well. The lady with the blonde and brown hair was not helpful whatsoever. We were trying to exchange some pants for a different size that were gifted and she said she couldn’t exchange it because of a discount that was applied. She continued to berate us and tell us that “people don’t listen when we tell them to not use a discount if they’re shopping for gifts.” She kept making side comments that were just rude and she was just unwilling to help us. She asked if the person who gifted us the pants was a healthcare or military worker and when I stated that she was a nursing student, she rolled her eyes and said, “Great”.
