Market at Southpark — Attraction in Littleton

A solid shopping experience. A few bars that stay opened & sell WAY past closing time. Local drunkard hideouts, dedicated boozers only, submit current resume with verifiable references. Homeless still staking out the intersection at Broadway & Mineral, King Soopers parking exit (Safeway is the homey, they don't play that). Possibly organizing to vote a union in, sticking points & issues such as health insurance (long term disability, vision & dental, PTO/sick days, pregnancy leave, and job conditions. Bonehead/professional intersection dweller/philosopher (sporting $500 in visible clothes & camping gear, vermin beard) begrudes local generosity. Claims begging isn't a dependable income (how absolutely wrecked an individual must be to literally stand at an intersection as a long term & relied upon source of income the have the testicular fortitude to complain that passersby aren't generous enough to fund a dispensary run every day. The denizens of the City of (and unincorporated) Jefferson County and regular commuters just passing through owe Donald an explanation. Grizzly Adams says his averages are not to be depended upon these last several years, no guaranteed minimum making begging a less than viable proposition, could be a sign of the apocalypse. Can walk around all day higher than giraffe testicles all day & all week, not a problem unless you REALLY go out your way to attract attention. Have to go WAY above & beyond, like active high score shooter, currently on fire, extremely annoying & imposing about it, to draw scrutiny. Cops cautious out here, which is incongruent with Jefferson County standard operating procedure but local standard of living definitely factors in (this ain't Lakewood). Overmedicated housewives & "other" are technical DUI's all day: frozen "happy' (permagrin) facial expressions, demonstrated impaired judgment, obviously off meds & delusional (perception challenged), and fine motor skills deep fried, legal junkies are a protected class. This specific offense, even when egregious, are rarely investigated or prosecuted because common access to expensive legal counsel has a way of making law enforcement rather selective. Don't see them dragging soccer mom's in for blood tests at the scene of accidents when they're pupils don't react to light and they're speaking more words per minute than a tweeker...

Kimco, please rethink the median/stop sign near Taco Bell. It is highly annoying and not needed. Also, the medians which are installed there cause difficulties if 2 cars are trying to get through. Bump the median back to make the traffic flow straight through, and remove the stop sign .

Also, the whole parking lot needs to be torn up and re-paved and sealed. Can you please fix the BIG pothole entering the plaza from Broadway (near Jersey Mikes) and also the entrance near King Soopers on Mineral.?

Finally, please boot all pan handlers off the property. Tired of seeing them set up shop on the grass having picnics when the weather is nice.

This strip mall is anchored by a King Soopers near the corner of Mineral and Broadway, and features a range of fairly useful stores and restaurants. In particular, I enjoy Jet's Pizza, which offers a square pie in the Detroit style, with which I am largely unfamiliar otherwise, but is quite tasty. To the southwest of the center is access to the Highline Canal Trail, and the C-470 trail is to the southwest, in case you want to access via bike. Overall, a decent place to shop...
