I am very disappointed in this camp Bow Wow location. Our dog stayed four days. When we picked him up I was charged for in-house dog food as they had sent me a message stating that our pup was out of food. No problem. At pick up, I was looking in his bag and I noticed that he had a full bag of dog food and I had asked why I was charged $15 for their in-house food. Luckily the lady was very understanding and she did refund me that $15. When we got home, I noticed that my dog’s name was written on his collar in sharpie. I understand that all dogs at the location needs to be wearing name tags if somebody had reached out to me asking if they could purchase a name tag I would have gladly said yes. But that was not the case. On the clip of his collar, it has his name along with our phone number. My dog collar is 100% customized to attach on to his service vest as he is a service animal. I have attached pictures of where they wrote on my dogs collar along with another picture where I circled where the strap of the service vest locks in with his collar. I did call up to Camp Bow Wow and let them know that I was very disappointed that they wrote all my dogs collar. I spoke with the manager, Amber. Amber was very rude and argumentative on the phone. I tried to explain to Amber that we were very upset about this and all Amber wanted to do for us was to have us come in and pick out one of their standard collars. As a standard collar would work for most dogs. It does not work for ours. Amber stated multiple times on the phone that this is the price that we pay when our pup stays with Camp Bow Wow . On Camp Bow Wow‘s website they state that they’re are here for all dogs. Well for our service dog we now have to replace $100 collar. We had high hopes that Camp Bow Wow would make this right and they refused to do so. I have attached pictures of where Camp Bow Wow wrote in sharpie on our collar. Along with where it has his name and our phone number on the clip of his collar. I also attached a picture of the piece on his collar where we run through the strap to his service vest. The collar itself was made to be a a three in one, to where we can use the clips on the collar to clip onto his service vest, or we can run the strap through the piece on the side, and or he can wear the collar by itself. Would I recommend this location to anybody? Absolutely not. If communication was there and they had reached out this would be a different review. Nowhere in Camp Bow Wow’s policy on their website does it state that they are allowed to write on other people‘s personal property while our dogs are in their care.

I am extremely disappointed with the actions taken by management at the Live Oak location. Having been a regular customer for over a year, I felt good about leaving my dog at Camp Bow Wow. However, there was an incident where my dog was bit by another dog in the play yard a few weeks ago. Naturally, I asked if they would allow the dog who bit my dog back at camp, and they said yes. One would think they would not allow a dog who had displayed such behavior back. When I asked for a reason why they would allow the dog back, they said the dog was not aggressive. If these are the dogs that they will allow to stay, I would steer clear of trusting them with your pet. I have the video of the incident and plan on sharing it with other owners. Know they would rather lose a customer whose dog has not acted out and keep a dog who bites others. BEWARE In response to Camp Bow Wow’s post: I truly disagree with any assumption that this was a mutual interaction between the two dogs. I have video of the incident and it is clear they were not playing, and beyond that it is clear that the dog attacked Kona unprovoked. If you truly feel strongly that the video shows what you think is playing, you should post it for all to see. I showed the video the to the vet at the VCA and they agreed it was an unprovoked attack. Any assertion otherwise is you putting your business before the dogs at the camps safety.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Camp Bow Wow! This place is truly a paradise for dogs of all ages and breeds, providing an unmatched level of care and attention that I’ve never seen elsewhere. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that Camp Bow Wow is more than just a daycare—it’s a second home for our four beagles.

What sets this daycare apart is their commitment to offering a wide variety of stimulating activities that cater to each dog's unique personality and energy level. Whether it's interactive group play, agility courses, or one-on-one enrichment sessions, there’s always something to keep every dog engaged and happy. My own dogs, Maggie, Angus, Fergus and Louie, absolutely loves the obstacle course and have made several new friends through the supervised social play sessions!

The staff here are true dog enthusiasts and professionals. They take the time to get to know each dog personally, ensuring that every pet receives the attention and care they deserve. I was particularly impressed with how they create personalized care plans, taking into account each dog’s specific needs, temperament, and play style.

Another highlight is the daycare's focus on mental and physical stimulation. They incorporate a range of activities like scent games, puzzle toys, and training exercises that keep the dogs' minds sharp and bodies active. I’ve noticed a positive change in my pups' behavior—they are more relaxed and content at home, and I attribute that to the balanced exercise and mental stimulation they get at Camp Bow Wow.

Cleanliness and safety are top priorities, and it shows. The facility is spotless, with separate play areas to ensure that dogs of different sizes and energy levels interact safely. The staff's vigilance and genuine love for the dogs give me complete peace of mind when leaving my four in their care.

Overall, Camp Bow Wow is a top-notch facility that goes above and beyond to ensure each dog has an enriching, fun-filled experience. If you’re looking for a daycare that treats your dog like family and provides personalized care and dynamic activities, look no further. Highly...
