5⭐️ rating to Joe @ Livermore ACE, who helped me with his vast knowledge about plumbing, saving me time, money and a lot of frustration & stress!. Joe has helped me with other household issues and he always has the correct answer no matter what project I’m doing.

Nancy is a very friendly cashier who treats customers like an old friend. She is always friendly, cheerful and her happy attitude is infectious.

I felt like I ran into old friends today when shopping at ACE. It’s nice to get the answers and direction I seek instead of the standard “This is not my department” I tend to receive at Lowes and HD.

It’s always refreshing to walk out of ACE with more knowledge than I had walking in when Joe is working and I appreciated Nancy’s friendliness and cheerfulness because she made my day much better.

And if you haven’t tried their pies yet, they are as delicious as homemade! I always buy a couple to keep in the freezer for a special occasion.

I am fed up with america and there ridiculous bathroom policy's. I have been to three place down this strip of sleezy. Businesses and they all have different excuses of why I can't use the bathroom CVS none the public, safeway refused me on the same block and this horrific manger at this ace had rudeness to take one look at me and refuse service because "there cleaning the bathrooms" that's unbelievable! It's prejudice and makes non sense. When your hours say till 8 to refuse service to the public 38 mins before closing. Ridiculous! I will never come back or let alone hope here again at this ghost store they called ace hardware. Clean the bathrooms after it's time I close not 38 mins...

Lots of interesting items for the garden & outdoor living, but even on sale, prices are higher than competitors. Much of the garden decor is inexpensive whimsical, metal objects on a post, but prices are 2-3 times what we'd expect to pay for these mass produced items. Patio furniture selection is ok, but again, overpriced. On the plus side, employees are available to help with electrical, plumbing, kitchen questions, which was appreciated. Parking is free & typically not difficult to find a space. We tend to use this place when we need something quickly as it's smaller and closer than Home Depot or Lowe's. We'd shop here more regularly if prices were...
