Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Attraction in Livermore

Mall shopping this year was a bust. However, one forgets the great deals you can find AFTER Christmas. I need to start by thanking the very helpful and polite staff. Looking at all the shirts that needed to be folded, I can oly imagine the number of customers the prior day. I was in the area so stopped in to outlets just as the stores were opening at 10:00 AM. Perfect. Got a nice parking spot, and it was just drizzling. Lots to choose from at Polo shop, though size tops out at XXL. I was able to find the robe my son wanted, and get t-shirts for the same price I would have paid just for the robe, if I had purchased at Macy's days earlier. The stuff over here are not well trained,they keep messing up my orders, there are 3 problem. I end up pay for an item that is no my size can because they scan the wrong bar code it can not be returned. And I get an dirty sweater and need to come back to exchange and end out return the item because they tell me no more and I did actually see the item on shelves but they said can not offered me the same discount……. And the third item they over changed me while I go back home and find out the receipt is not right. I pretty doubt that they overcharged in the previous order too, cuz I got couple item and did not check...

Poor experience with them, I feel the staff is very rude. I purchased a polo shirt in store but they didn’t have the size so they did an online order for me but when the shirt came in it has some major stitching defects so I called them to return it or exchange it. The store staff person on call was so rude and asked me to bring back to the store which is like 1 hour drive for me. I explained my situation but she said they wouldn’t do a return unless they get back the shirt first. This store use to be a good store but I feel they need to work on their customer care skills.
