I will never shop at this jeweler again - Terrible customer service and condescending salespeople. I purchased two Pandora bracelets at this store for my mom and my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day, and the total for the purchase was roughly $340. I told the saleswoman that I needed to talk to my husband to make sure he was okay with this gift for our moms, but that I would purchase the bracelets and bring them back if he didn’t like the idea. In the end, we found a similar gift somewhere else at a better price, so I brought the bracelets back to return them. The saleswoman on this day (different from the original seller) immediately told me their store policy was to not accept returns - According to her, my only options were store credit or exchange. I explained to her that the original saleswoman never told me that, and that I wouldn’t have made the purchase for $340 had I known that was their policy and asked to speak with someone who could help me. She called someone else who approved the return, but she spoke down to me and questioned why I would have ever signed a receipt that indicates an exchange only if I didn’t plan on keeping the item. I again explained that no one told me their policy was exchange only, and I finally told her she was making me feel defensive, and as the customer I shouldn’t have to feel this way. I explained to her that I am a supervisor in service, and if any of my associates made their clients feel the way she made me feel it would be unacceptable. In the end, she mentioned that it IS their store policy to return Pandora products within 7 days (which I was within), which made me even more upset because I couldn’t figure out why she was so unhelpful to begin with if my request wasn’t even outside of policy. Read moreI just tried to give them another chance and the lady didnt want to help me and treated me as if I was going to try to steal something. I bought several charms ($385) from them during black weekend without too much of an issue. My wife bought several items on pandora.com during their black weekend special also. She just opened them today and a bracelet didn't want to close, so I came to MJ diamond because they are supposed to be a Pandora dealer and I wanted them to look at the bracelet and I wanted to look at another one to see how it was supposed to close. The lady huffed and puffed when I asked to see the new one. When she brought it over to me, she sarcastically opened and closed it and put it back as if I couldn't look at it. After I said that I wanted to see it, she reluctantly allowed me to inspect it, because again, I just wanted to see how it was supposed to close. After I handed it back to her, she walked away in a huff as if I was just wasting her time. I asked for another representative and she said "hey, can u take care of him" The second representative was somewhat helpful but when I wanted to look at the gold hoop earrings, she kept the door closed as if I was going to steal something.
