This noodle restaurant is in a mall that is very.....empty. So the atmosphere is a bit eerie. It is right on the inside of the entrance across from the parking garage...is it the east entrance? Anyway the staff were very helpful as it was our first time there. The food was delicious. Spouse and I rate it 5 stars and the little one says 3.725 lol. There is lemon water, but I got the can of orange juice, which was delicious. I hadn't had that brand before. There is a radish dish near the water station that has vinegar and that is also delicious. We got the garlic cucumbers and doused them in the spicy chili that was at our table and since I love garlic it was delicious! They will ask what spice level you want and I don't recommend going above medium if you want to enjoy other flavors besides HOT 🔥 for the rest of your life. Besides you can always add more chili at your table if it isn't enough. I like spicy foods, but mild was nice because I could enjoy all the flavors of my dish, Za Jiang. Caution: the meals come with eggs and mine came with peanuts. Absolutely delicious food so I...

Outstanding Beijing noodles. Perfectly spiced, perfectly cooked with a transcendent quality that has the power to take you to a different place. Yeah, it's just a fast food joint in the Mall, but don't get confused, this is the place to be for people who crave food from people who are invested in "making a statement" with THEIR food.

I realized halfway through the bowl that I need to come back a second time to tailor my order now that I know what they're capable of serving. Can't wait to try to improve on perfection, as the food they serve is worth the effort.

Yeah it was that good. (If you're reading this as a Chinese expat, you're probably thinking that here's another round eye who is losing it over everyday street food, but compared to paint by number fast casual pseudo chefs, being surprised by Mall food that's real will do that to you.).

Not ashamed to admit...

Unfriendly, uninviting wait staff; but the food was good.

The wait staff eagerly and promptly served plates (orders) to people of their own culture. Then, to the contrary, I noticed a couple of different race/culture wait longer than necessary for their ordered appetizer. They had to remind the waiter about their order. Then, the carelessness of the waiter being unfriendly to another customer who was also a different race/culture.

Operators/owners/employees of any business should never make a customer feel like they are not welcomed because they are of a different race or culture.

Those who they reject are paying customer(s) who help contribute to the bottom line or business success.

I will not do business or refer anyone else to this restaurant no matter how good the...

Located within a struggling mall, this unassuming eatery might not be the first place you'd expect to discover fantastic noodle dishes. However, their culinary offerings are both delicious and pleasantly surprising. My personal favorite is the Five Flavored Beef Bowl, a harmonious blend of savory, sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy flavors that dance across the palate. The tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and flavorful broth come together to create a dish that's nothing short of exquisite. My family and I make a point of visiting AhHa Noodles a few times a month, and each visit reaffirms our love for this unexpected treasure. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere only add to the overall appeal of this unique dining destination.
