
I recently visited this salon and had Gracie cut my hair. I requested simple layers in the front, but unfortunately, the result wasn’t what I expected. After shampooing, cutting, and blow-drying, Gracie asked how it looked. I pointed out that I couldn’t see the layers, and one side wasn’t even. She went back to cut a bit more, but seemed to struggle with it. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I didn’t push the issue, but after looking at it this morning, I noticed the sides still aren’t even, and there are only two uneven layers instead of the full, gradual layering I had asked for. I wish she had been more upfront and told me she wasn’t able to do the layers as requested, rather than continuing to work on it without addressing the issue. Overall, I’m disappointed with the result.
I was initially hopeful after receiving a response from the owner, but unfortunately, her words proved to be nothing more than a hollow attempt at saving face. She promised to call me personally and said she left a voicemail, but the reality is, I never received any contact from her. It's incredibly frustrating to feel completely disregarded after what was already a deeply disappointing experience. My hair looks terrible, and instead of any real effort to make it right, I’ve been left with empty promises. I took the time to share my honest feedback, and it’s clear that the owner has no intention of actually addressing the situation. If you're considering this salon, I’d advise being cautious, as customer care here seems to be more about appearances than actual follow-through. I’m leaving this review days...
Read moreI am not happy period. I did not get anything I asked for regarding my hair..no dark color, did not want it short, guess what I got..SHORT! and DARK, looked dyed. The "highlights" are hidden I can't find them but I paid for them, my husband asked me where are the highlights in your hair it just is all brown, my sentiments to a "T". The "stylist" was late for my appointment, she was still busy with another client. She had an assistant who by the way was quite nice, but when did hair stylists start having assistants, I kept thinking I must be in Buckhead not Loganville. The assistant was the one who blow dryed my hair not the Level 7 hair stylist I hired, she was already with another customer, she is not making enough time between customers. She was basically somewhere else doing what I have no idea. Listen, I paid top dollar to have my, what's left of it now, done, to have this person flitting about. There is one word that sums up the issues I had..LiSTEN....
In addition, where I live, do I have kids, how long I have been married is none of your business, etc. If I had wanted a Therapist or Psychologist I would have hired one. Quite a large fee for erose hair cut don't go to Aliana Korsi. Bad experience.
I learned some lessons. They didn't even have my given name spelled correctly. She got her tip, the one and only from me this salon will get again, money, money...better save up hard times are coming sooner than later. I don't like be patronized, just because I am a senior doesn't...
Read moreI would have never heard of this salon if not for Jordan. My daughter I have both been seeing Jordan here for 9 years and drive about an hour and a half to get there. No one has done our hair other than her. When you find a gold mine, you stick with it. That's Jordan to us. She told us she was leaving to open her own salon (we are going with her) and we couldn't be happier for her. We were one of her last clients on her last day there. However, I received a letter (and so did all her other clients) from Bella Fiore stating Jordan left (which we already knew) with an offer of 50% off a service if we would stay with one of their other stylists. Now why would you send that when you know yourself how disrespectful that is to her clientele? Some of us would not even know the salon existed if not for Jordan. We've been sitting in her chair for 9 years and wouldn't think of seeing anyone else. I know business is business, but I think there's enough of hair in the world to go around without sabotaging a former employee, DO BETTER!! It's distasteful and degrading to a stylist who gave you 9 years, and this is how you treat her, with disrespect.
