Our experience with P & A Jewelers was phenomenal! The family atmosphere made us feel right at home. Stephen and Jenny were fabulous to work with. We had a lot of things we needed and they listened, offered suggestion when needed and are very knowledgeable! Stephen helped our son pick out an engagement ring that would work with a family diamond we wanted to pass down. He took time to explain the process, the pros and cons of different settings, and made the process very easy for a nervous groom to be! Jenny helped us find a new setting for an old family ring and suggested what to pair with the diamond so everything would match! She made a beautiful pendant out of my original engagement ring and found an emerald to fit in my original setting! I am beyond pleased with how everything turned out! I was a bit nervous to hand over such precious pieces but everything was done in house and nothing left the store! I believe we have found a new home for all our jewelry needs! My husband purchased a wedding ring from P & A Jewelry The ring is constantly turning my finger black. It is 14 karat gold. The only piece of jewelry I own that turns my skin black. They rhodium plated it and told me that if it continued to do so they would have it re-ordered because something had to have broken down in the gold or there had to be something wrong with the gold. I live out of state so it took me some time to get the ring to them again to have that done, and when I went in, I was told if I wanted to buy a new mounting that they would put my diamonds into that mounting I don't feel like I should have to buy a new mounting for them to back up something that they sold to me I am very unhappy with and have been purchasing items from them for over 20 years And I just feel like this is the wrong thing to do would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they stand behind...

P&A was absolutely fantastic. I took a pair of rings in to see if I could have the stones reset into new bands. I'd already gone to Shane Co and Jared's - one said they wouldn't be able to re-set the side stones, and the other wanted to charge $3k to create a custom setting.

Everyone at P&A was super nice from the second I walked in, and Troy found me a couple of settings in a catalog right away that were exactly what I was looking for. The quote for both ring settings plus labor (and an appraisal) was less than a third of what I would have had to pay for a custom setting. I was given a time frame of a week but got a call after four days that my rings were ready. They are absolutely gorgeous! I was told to bring them back in right before the wedding to get them polished up. Definitely going to keep using these guys...
