There are two Asian ladies working there. The taller one is almost aggressive in how she talks. I needed information about a particular type of crochet hair, I asked her, and she insisted it was not crochet hair when the package clearly stated it was. I asked about the return policy, and she told me within 7 days in the unopened package. I need to return it, complied with what she told me. I presented my receipt, greeted her, and proceeded to remind her of who I was from my previous visit. She huffed and said, "I know who you are," I said "Ok". Initially, I did a split payment (debit and cash), I was trying to remind her of that and wanted clarification on the refund. She barked, "It's on your receipt!" I have never had a cross word with this lady. When they first opened, she was nice and welcoming, NOT ANYMORE. I won't patronize this store anymore. I found a great shop in Grayson called PEACHY BEAUTY SUPPLY in the Publix shopping center( near Subway and Wendy's). IT IS BLACK OWNED, HAS A LARGE SELECTION, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

I went in for hair care products that aren’t as popular anymore. The young lady was excited to assist me. She looked up the products and advised she’d order them and have them to the store location in 5 days. She got them in three days and called me, I went in picked them Up! Where I live is sort of out of the area and what I needed is hard to find. She not only had enough for this purchase but enough that I can return and restock. They have acquired a happy customer I will be back again! Did I mention how clean and neat this location is? Parking lot has easy access to and from the road as well parking spaces near the store’s entry. This store has products of all kinds and what they don’t have they are happy to order it for you that’s five...

I went to this store today to buy needed hair products..... I must first say that I am a black middle-age woman...Once in the store the asian owner alerted staff to follow me and watch my every move. Mind you, I have my doctorate in my field and do not need to steal. Its unfortunate that even now- today the knowledge of how to overcome racial bias is being spread, that this is continuing in our community! Needless to say, I will be looking for a different hair supply store. I will purposely seek out a different hair supply store nearby. ...
