I order online at 8:30 pm for pick up order it was a 12 traditional wings and a 6 boneless wings i arrived to the Pizza Hut store at 9:00 pm went inside I look at the screen and notice my order was ready so I go head and pay after they told me they couldn’t find my order so they told me to wait my order was going to be out soon they keep me waiting for 35 more minutes and after 10 more minutes trying to get someone attention finally someone notice me and ask me what I was waiting on so I ask them really polite That I wanted my money back by this time I been waiting for over an hour since I place my order and there is 6 persons working in the building and not one was able to do my order finally they told me my order was on the oven so I wait 45 minutes cause they didn’t feel like looking for it and all I keep hearing was they complaining about the phone ringing and how bad they wanted to go home this is not the first time they treat me like this last time I place my order online they told me it was gonna be ready in 30 minutes they call me back an hour later telling me that my order was cancelled cause they couldn’t do delivery so I told then I was going to go and pick it up I when and pick it up by this time was already over an hour that I place the order online they gave me my order I rush to my house family was very hungry and when we were ready to eat come to find out they gave me the wrong order so I call back they told my they couldn’t do anything until the next day and they were going to refund my money but I have to take the food back for them to be able to give me my money back my family was upset and hungry so I eat the food and I decide to give them one more chance but again show how much they care about the customers this is not the first or second time it’s been like 5 different times they mess up my order so after several times I learn my lesson I’m not coming back ever again to this location and probably not more Pizza Hut for me and I wouldn’t recommend this location at all and I do support my area business and try to buy from them in this difficult times but after tonight I’m done with this location....
Read moreThis was the most horrible experience for pizza I have ever had manager mike lane was rude and disrespectful toward me I ask him for corporate number and he hung up on me I had to drive all the way up there to talk to him bc he was wrong for what he did I ask for 4 boxes of pizza and all he said was okay u would expect someone especially a manager to ask what topping would I like and he kept saying okay and was silence I heard nothing then I learned that he was a manager there I am a manager at a restaurant as well and never would treat my customers or guest the way he did all my sisters and brothers where on the line too to order so they heard every little detail of our conversation with the manager there I was in town on vacation and that whole experience messed up my whole night yesterday then on top of that I had to find a whole different pizza place which my the time I got to they were closed and it was frustrating and upsetting that I couldn't get my family and my kids what they wanted for dinner I told the manager that I hope this gets to corporate and I will me contacting them bc what he did was wrong and I can only imagine how he treats his employee or other guest his employee had to give me all his info and store and corporate number and it shouldn't be that way I didn't want to take it there I just wanted some pizza they need new managers bc the one there is just not okay they way he was...
Read moreIf I could give this no stars, I would. We got there after the 35 minute promised time to pick up our order. Board on the wall said it was ready. After waiting in line for 15 minutes because the guy at the counter wasnt at the counter, and there were three people ahead of us, they said our pizza was ready, but our wings weren't. Instead of putting the pizza back in the warmer, it was left on the counter as the counter guy, again, went to the back. Waited about 10 minutes and our wings were done. When we asked about our cheese sticks and marinara sauce, they said they were out...OF BOTH! Waited another 5 or so minutes, pizza and wings still on the counter, and they came back and said they found cheese sticks but would be about 10-12 minutes. I had to stop the counter guy as he, again, headed to the back and asked him to put my food in the warmer so it wouldnt be any colder. 15 minutes later, we get our food. No apologies at all. Now, I will tell you that my husband had almost ordered Papa John's, but we were watching the Georgia v. Notre Dame game and I suggested we go with Pizza Hut since it's a sponsor.
