Elmer Digneo Park — Attraction in Loma Linda

Bathrooms are important in any place where the public gathers. These bathrooms are nice, the park is large enough to play football or soccer. Shade trees, (that are over 100 years old) poisoned at opposite ends of the play ground, the field stretches away from the playground for a distance of about 100 yards or more. The park is very clean overall, enough parking next to the train tracks for 20-30 cars (or more if everybody parks correctly). The staff is attentive to graffiti and prompt in their response time. These are the guys who make it clean and safe for your family (Not the police) though, they do make their appearances... mostly to use these clean wonderful restrooms?

For those that use the restrooms be curious to these men who work to keep them clean.

For the vandals who would do otherwise, this why nobody will remember your name.

For those who dock stars... The restrooms are the grey building trimmed in blue that say all gender restrooms next to the doors. Being smallest structure on the property it is...

Park was nice and Everything but the Restrooms.... well pretty much couldn't even walk into the Restrooms cause a person had his shopping cart and laundry bags all in there and locked themselves in the women's restroom and wouldn't come out. It was really uncomfortable to see that person locked in there and then see little kids playing in the playground and thinking that if they need to use the restroom they can't even use the facility for safety reasons. So 30 minutes go by the then the maintenance guys arrived . they were able to get him out of the restroom along with all their things and from the looks on their faces it was not a pleasant smell in there. they washed it all out but unfortunately after they left a few minutes later that person once again puts all their stuff back inside of the women's restroom and takes it over. So even though it's a nice part don't let your little kids go to the restroom...

I happen to be homeless and I have been living in this park off And on for more than 3 months. Some of the residents o Loma Linda have been understanding and respectful. While some residents have been very hateful and sneaky by king various things to show their discomfort with me and my current living situation. One city employee (The code enforcement officer) has since the beginning taken The lead by constantly harassing, removing my personal property, locking the door or arranging for someone else to take...
