I'm only giving this a 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review. I made an online purchase last night and hadn't received an email to let me know my order was ready. I called the store at 1:42 and was advised that my order was ready for pickup. I told the rep that's strange considering I still haven't received an email saying my order was ready. I went to the store and two individuals went looking for my order. The manager comes back and say oh they put or order back because we only hold it for 4 days. I said what I placed the order last night. She said oh I'm sorry we didn't have the item that's why it was canceled. Again I still have not received an email saying my order was ready and I still haven't received an email saying my order was canceled. I let them know my bank shows that the transaction was still pending. I was told to contact customer service, some other employee in the store stated no call your bank. By the way she knew what had been going on and didn't try to assist, instead asking my daughter if she needed help. I told her no she is with me. I thought that was really strange. Read moreI was not even in the store; just doing some window shopping with my PUBLIC ACCESS CERTIFIED service dog, when a sales associate (one with whom I have unfortunately transacted before) approached us from behind and basically shoved a mini hot dog into my dog's mouth. Of course, asking if the dog could have a treat or even if it would be okay to interact with the dog was so completely out of the question for this person. I emphatically yelled "no" repeatedly and was visibly upset. Upon seeing that this was perhaps not the best course of action, the sales associate slinked back through the doors of Loft, without offering so much as an apology. Read moreI went in today with a friend, we went in looking to buy something for both our mothers. One of the employees asked me if I needed help finding something in particular, and I nicely responded “no thank you, I’m just looking around for now”. She shuts blankly stared at me and I felt awkward. I walked away because that long stare and pause was making me feel uncomfortable as well. I walked towards my friend right afterwards and saw from afar that the employee kept her eye on us as if we were going to do something. It was honestly the worst experience ever.
