Cashier staff can be more honest and not cheating for taking tips directly from the customer... i was spending 7,10 and planing to give the change as a tips, but she just charge me without telling me if its for tips, i gv 10, and she return 2 dollar without being return me a correct money, i was look at her and thinking, u take the tips without let me know, okay, i will not put any more tips as your attitude like that... she is tall and blonde, and i think she always treat asian customer like that. Being not honest like this, will not make us come to ur shop anymore which is not good for ur company, hope if someone from the company read this and make sure more training to the employee otherwise its not worthed treat customer like this way ... as I spend 2 times lunch at japanese food and they really do honest and i can see their tips guite good...

It was my first time buying from Panda Express and I wanted to make a purchase and add my birthday perk. I asked the cashier how it worked she said she didn’t know she went to get her manager Felipe. His response was what ever it says. He repeated that over and over. Then he said get an entry and a side which I did. When it was time to ring me up he told me I didn’t have any point to redeem. I told him that the whole point of getting his help was to make my purchase as smooth as possible. Once again he said what ever it says. I got frustrated and just canceled my order. Managers should lead by example and today Felipe’s attitude was unacceptable. He denied his crew member the opportunity to learn and model just an awful attitude...

When we were just standing looking at the menu the manager forced us to sample chicken without asking (just holding it in our faces).
So finally we ordered (after some pressure) and food tasted really bad and their soda was watered down (it was watered down the last time I went here so it wasn't just a broken fountain or whatever). We tried to get a refund because we literally couldn't eat it but the employee there was uncooperative and started arguing with us. She gave us a single useless coupon (buy 2 get 1 free) but that was all. Finally, she called her manager but by that time we were too tired to care so we left.
Would not recommend. Try one of the many other decent...
