I placed an order for a meal and was confused on what exactly came with it. I questioned what my meal came with and before I could even get my order straight and pay they had already made up the meal and made me feel guilty for being confused. Not only could I not hear what they were saying bc they spoke so quietly and I had asked them numerous times to repeat themselves. (there is nothing wrong with my hearing!) then when I found out my meal didn’t come with a certain side bc I couldn’t hear a word they were saying, I asked how much it would be to add it and the guy said $2.49 and the cashier rang it up $3.99. I questioned that as well and was AGAIN ignored! So long story short I’m extremely mad bc I felt ignored, guilted and ripped off! NEVER EATING...

This place has the best teriyaki chicken plate I have ever had. They grill up the chicken right in front of you and the teriyaki sauce gives it a wonderful juicy flavor. Comes with rice and vegetables which really makes it a great meal served quickly and with quality. I usually get the extra chicken, which makes it even better and very filling.

I only wish they still had the spicy chili garlic sauce in the squeeze bottle they used to put out, but they dropped that in favor of basic Sri Racha packets. Not the same at all. I found the same chili garlic sauce at the grocery "Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce." I bring a little container of it with me when I go. Disappointing, but...

I've been going to this place in the mall since I was a kid. Now I honestly make trips to the mail just to pickup food from here. The chicken teriyaki is always what my family gets. They love it with white rice and vegetables. I usually opt for the shrimp with white rice, and vegetables. The app they have is great, you can place an order ahead of time and show up to pick it up. You no longer have to wait in the long line, to order. The food is the same, the hot sauce which made the food next level seems to have been discontinued, through no fault of their own.
